Nice healthy meals

Here are just a couple of things that I enjoy eating one is my Green Smoothie its so good I blend in a blender one whole banana, 4-6 strawberries depending on how big they are, 1 6oz carb master vanilla yogurt, spinach, and ice
and then one of my other all time favorites that I got from sparkpeople recipies is the mushroom, spinach, jalapeno pizza on a whole wheat tortilla go to staple meals
the smoothie is about 250cal and the pizza is about 180cal love, love, love to eat this stuff what are some of your favorite health meals or meal replacements?????????

Check out this curry chicken breast with tomato and avocado salad I made total of 499 calories for dinner....35 carbs...25fats and ......37 of pure lean protein so good and full right now healthy cuisine should always taste and look this good!!!

Yeah completely sabotaged my calorie intake for today, but thats okay I enjoyed myself while watching the super bowl....my feet are swelling as I type this, will definitely jump right on track tomorrow. I don't feel like everything is shot to hell I just feel like its one single day thats all!!! Nothing worth wallowing in or giving up or even to feel bad about....its just life so just DO IT!!!! Now how bout that half time show....Beyonce gave it to'em didn't she!!!! emoticon
