Here are just a couple of things that I enjoy eating one is my Green Smoothie its so good I blend in a blender one whole banana, 4-6 strawberries depending on how big they are, 1 6oz carb master vanilla yogurt, spinach, and ice
and then one of my other all time favorites that I got from sparkpeople recipies is the mushroom, spinach, jalapeno pizza on a whole wheat tortilla go to staple meals
the smoothie is about 250cal and the pizza is about 180cal love, love, love to eat this stuff what are some of your favorite health meals or meal replacements?????????
