I'm actually at the gym right now. I finished my Well-Fit portion, now my head hurts & my lower back is killing me. I think I might order something from the cafe and then get in the jacuzzi. I want to stay around because there's a "Hip Brazil Brazillian" dance class @ 4pm &
I want to try it out, since it's only once a month! I don't know if I'll hang but I'll try.
I also have choir tonight @ 630pm so I should take it easy!
Well, okay! Take care all! As the weekend starts tomorrow!!!!!
Okay so I'm back home and choir was nice. I actually felt a little headache a few times during rehersal, but I'm home now!
After strength training (60 minutes), I got on the PC (7 minutes) and then ate a side salad and 1/2 of turkey wrap. And then it was time for class.
I did the Brazillian dance class (70 minutes). It was fun & over the top, but I couldn't take a break. Well, I did stop a few times for H2O & adjust the moves, but not nearly as much as I should have. I got in the jacuzzi afterward and showered just in time to be on time for rehersal.
Now I'm watching my nitetime shows: Grey's Anatomy, Project Runway, Ugly Betty & Glam God... well I'm only on Grey's Anatomy so far. I might be sleep and have to watch the others tomorrow after my Cardio doctor's appt in the morning.
Okay, I'm moving on and look forward to another blessed day!

I'm really tired and my right leg is hurting. I just finshed filling my pill boxes for the week and took my 2/4 bout of meds for the day. I'm tired again, & am trying to stay online in hopes that my headache will go away. But I just want & probably need to lay down because the meds make me dizzy sometimes. I also know that I have to go to the gym @ 1:30pm for the Cancer Well-Fit Program so I want to pick up around the house before I leave...but my head is swarming around.
On Another Note:
I'm so proud of all of my friends on SP that are doing their thing and continuing to stayFit and Healthy! Coming on SP becomes a highlight in my day.
Okay, I just wanted to get that out in hopes that it will take away some of the downside of not feeling so well.

I weighed myself this morning. I should have done it as soon as I woke up, but I waited until I ate breakfast. So I know that the number was slightly higher than what it would be without food in my system. But what I saw on the scale was a number I always dreaded seeing.
One of the reasons I joined SP over a year ago was because I weighed over 190 pounds, and I just had to do something about that number before it hit 200 pounds.
Well... no need to worry about that anymore...
Sept. 21st, I'm up to 202.6 lbs, the HIGHEST I've ever been in my life!!! Again, I know a couple of pounds are because I just finished eating. So with that in mind, that would still put me around 200 pounds!
Something's gotta change! I know that these medication adjustments have my body retaining fluid & going through changes, but this is not cool!
Well, let's see what happens this week?!

You know te numbers in my weight when added together (202.6) equals a perfect 10! What a great place to start! And today the 21st when added together equals 3, the number of the Trinity! Whom better to start anew with!

So yesterday my Oncologist called and I find out that my Vit D is like a 20, so I'm Vitamin D deficient! Good thing she did those labs along with my thyroid levels! I was experiencing so many different symptoms that she thought it might be vitamin D.
So yesterday I started surfing the web to find out more about dangers of and solutions for... And today I went to Lazy Acres and bought 2 months worth. My doctor wants me to take 4,000 units and the bottle contains 120 2,000 unit gel capsules.
I'm excited about taking the pills. I'm hoping that it will help my weight loss, hair loss, muscle aches, and breaking of cuticles & skin around my nails, just to name a few problems.
AMOUR THYROID for my hypothyroidism, well I'm back on it as of today. i'm excited it was the first thyroid med I had taken and worked pretty well. So , once again, HOPEFULLY I'll do my part & then with God's direction, these (and the other) medical setbacks will get better and be eliminated or find their right place in my body!
Okay, just wanted to put this out there, in case someone has had an experience (or knows of someone) with these two medical issues (Vitamin D deficiency or a Low Thyroid).

FitTV Team's "Fall Into FIT-ness" 12 week Challenge 9/7-11/30, 2008
- Loose 7 lbs ! So I should be @ 184lbs by Nov. 30th
- 2 FitTV Exercises/wk !
* CLEAN a bit every day !
* DO Bedtime Prayers consciously!
SO WHAT'S THIS BLOG ABOUT:
I'll try to track myself here & then also post on the team site briefly, since not too many are taking part in the challenge.
Starting weight 191 lbs. 0-1 FiTV Shows a week. Cleaning every blue moon. Rarely say prayers on my knees before bed, although I might talk to (pray to) the Lord in bed, it's not a concsious let me pray tonight decision!
Week 1: 9/7-9/13
Went pretty good. I gained weight though, I cleaned the sink (dishes) and cleaned the shelf under my frog's house a bit. And prayed 2xs concsiously. Taped FitTV but did no workouts.
Week 2: 9/14-9/20
Today I'm @ 197lbs, it's Wed. I plan to do FitTV workout today. No deliberate bedtime prayer. Some cleaning so far. I've been eating a lot of sweets lately. Also I've not eaten on purpose, just whenever & that's the healthy stuff. I'm now 13 lbs away from this challenge goal. Boy do I have work to do. Hopefully starting the Well Fit 10 Week Program next Tues. will help me loose. It didn't before, but I'm optimistic this time around!
