This Sunday, instead of being at church I'm Sipping on Tea Since I'm under the weather
Yet I am laying here thinking about what my next FITNESS CHALLENGE should be.
Work on becoming a Fitness Instructor like Pilates, Active Adults, Nia, or an ethnic one like Masala Bhangra, Belly Dance, etc.? That way I can cheer others on!
Maybe I should take the year to train for a fitness competition for body building or bikini comp.? This challenge might actually take more than a year to fit into!
OR, Sign up for a marathon, like a really big popular one!?
Or how about I sign up to compete in a dance off of some kind? I do like those "Shall We Dance" films!
Perhaps I will find an environmental goal, like to climb or walk a historical monument?
Maybe train to get a degree of difficulty in a particular sport?
So many directions to go! I think I could use a little help!

"Exercise & Bacon, there's Room For Both. Now What Was The 1st Word Again?!"
So it's been quite some time since my last blog, about 10 months actually. Well, I thought it would be good to get back into blogging because it helps me focus. So as I'm trying to figure out what I'd write about I drew a blank. Then the option of not writing and just waiting until a big enough topic came along would only turn into tomorrow. So I decided to share this google image and say something about it.
So, I recently finished a 12 week Livestrong Cancer Survivor's Exercise Program at the YMCA and I loved it! I had a 2X/week program with the Wellness Director and a great small group of wonderful women (men are also welcomed, it was this session that only the ladies signed up). Well, I wasn't feeling too well the week after and didn't exercise and by the end of the second week I found myself enjoying a Nia class. LOVED it! and well...that Saturday and then Wednesday for Qigong were the only workouts that I did. And here we are at Friday. It wouldn't be so bad had I been moving in some way (walking around my neighborhood, stretching, etc.).
So, this image above is such a reflection of how I've been feeling. I've lost of focus, in some ways, as I'm trying to figure out what type of exercise plan I want to tackle next. Because we all need a plan right! And then the above image is literal because today I finished my package of bacon for breakfast. But don't worry, I only ate 2 slices

It's hard to rearrange your life to fit the nutritional and physical healthy alternatives that you know will change your life.
So do I need and want to lose weight? Yes!
But above that there are some health issues like one that I found out about yesterday (acid reflux & the hoarseness I'm experiencing from it) that have the potential to put a wrench in my work for the Lord. Soooooooooo...I need every bit of His guidance to get me through to an even better place.
Well, that's all!
Looking ahead and at right now! Processing as I rearrange this life of mine.
