Feeling a little bummed out today. Weigh in day is tomorrow and no weight loss this week. :( I've charted and exercised......maybe the last week is catching up to me? I didn't get my exercise in last week because I had the flu.

    Remember that being sick takes a toll on your body... It can take a little while after you are feeling better for your body to be completely done getting rid of the bug, and to figure out where it is again as far as weight loss and calorie retention. Keep working out and eating right, the weight loss will come it its own time.

    Thanks for the encouragement! I had a good workout tonight and followed my nutritional plan today. Good habits will pay off only makes sense. :)

    emoticon Don't let the scale get you down. The scale doesn't know everything. When you gain weight, it doesn't know if you're gaining muscle, gaining fat, or simply retaining extra water. It also doesn't know when you've been eating nutritious foods, exercising regularly, and taking care of your body. The number on the scale is only one small part of your bigger picture of health.

Went to Zumba this morning then followed that with the Elliptical, Treadmill and core training. GREAT work out in.

I feel so much better when I can get my exercise in! emoticon

Had the terrible flu that is going around. :(
I did terrible tracking food and ate whatever I thought I could keep not great. Lots of Chicken Noodle Soup which is very high in sodium but at the time I didn't care.

On a positive note, I was down 2 more pounds on weigh day, 7.3 pounds total! No exercise though for the week.

Trying to get back on track with Zumba Saturday morning! :)

9 Days and Counting!

Well, week one went fairly good. I wanted to excersize 5 days and I only got in 4 days. I need to work on scheduling a little better. I forgot our bowling league started back up so I didn't get to excersize that night. I'm not sure if bowling counts as excersize or not?

I did great with the Food & Fitness tracker. 1st week weigh in and I was down 5.3 pounds! emoticon

I'm trying not to focus on the numbers but more on my diet and excersize.....the rest should follow. Hopefully.....

This is really a different approach than I usually take to lose weight. Typically I allow myself very little to eat for big weight loss results. I'm using the Nutrition Tracker and have stayed within my allotted calories, I feel very satisfied. I'm exercising 30 minutes each evening with interval and strength. I feel like I'm on the right track! emoticon

    Thanks for the encouragement! I am using the Fitness Tracker as well as the Nutrition Tracker. My plan is to get more familiar with the website this weekend to make sure I'm utilizing all the tools! :)
