This quote is right on time for me. I'm finally back in a good place with my workouts and now I have to work on getting my eating (and lack there of) in order.

I haven't had any sleep.
I'm tired.
I've (literally) been awake ALL night.
I need sleep.
I don't want to get up.
It is too cold outside of these covers.
I don't feel like changing clothes.
I don't feel like putting on socks, shoes and a sports bra.
I have horrible cramps with a headache to match.
I don't feel well enough.
I just flat out don't feel like working out.
What different will it make?!?
I can't do that workout. It is toooo long and hard.

Excuses...Excuses...EXCUSES!!!

As long as I laid there and went through all this I could have been half way done with the workout.

I told myself to just shut up and get up!

If you can't make it through the whole 55 minutes then do what you can today and do better tomorrow.


Well I shut up!

I got up!

AND

I made it through the whole 55 minutes of Turbo Fire and LOVED it. I didn't think I could do it. This was my first time trying the 55 Fire Class. It was awesome. I'm super uncoordinated and slow, but I'm proud to say I kept up very well. This was a major accomplishment for me which I followed up with 1 mile of WATP for a total of 70 minutes of cardio!!! Completing this 55 minute Turbo Fire workout gave my confidence and self esteem a major boost! I'm soooo happy that I shut up and got up.


Next I will complete the 60 minute class. emoticon

When you THINK you can't...KNOW that YOU actually CAN!!! Be like NIKE and JUST DO IT!!!!

-blog my weekly goals every Sunday

-work on being consistent with my workouts and eating

-make and post a weekly workout schedule

-lose 10lbs

-read 1 book

-practice moderation not deprivation along with my 3 P's

-REset my ticker and my thinking.....

    Sounds like a plan. Mine is to drink more water, eat more veggies, fruits are okay for now, get my 30-90min workout on almost everyday & to enjoy everyday.

    Nice J! You can do it. 10 pounds, I hear yea on that one, I would like to lose 10 too.
I think I will try and post weekly my progress. Those are great and achievable goals.
