I haven't had any sleep.
I've (literally) been awake ALL night.
I need sleep.
I don't want to get up.
It is too cold outside of these covers.
I don't feel like changing clothes.
I don't feel like putting on socks, shoes and a sports bra.
I have horrible cramps with a headache to match.
I don't feel well enough.
I just flat out don't feel like working out.
What different will it make?!?
I can't do that workout. It is toooo long and hard.
As long as I laid there and went through all this I could have been half way done with the workout.
I told myself to just shut up and get up!
If you can't make it through the whole 55 minutes then do what you can today and do better tomorrow.
Well I shut up!
I got up!
I made it through the whole 55 minutes of Turbo Fire and LOVED it. I didn't think I could do it. This was my first time trying the 55 Fire Class. It was awesome. I'm super uncoordinated and slow, but I'm proud to say I kept up very well. This was a major accomplishment for me which I followed up with 1 mile of WATP for a total of 70 minutes of cardio!!! Completing this 55 minute Turbo Fire workout gave my confidence and self esteem a major boost! I'm soooo happy that I shut up and got up.
Next I will complete the 60 minute class.
When you THINK you can't...KNOW that YOU actually CAN!!! Be like NIKE and JUST DO IT!!!!
