Goals for the week of 3/4/12

My goals for this week are to....

-go to the gym at least 3 times (cardio & ST)

-stay out of the grocery store! I have everything I need

-plan & prepare ahead

-practice proper portion control

-use moderation not deprivation

-eat at least 6 fruggies daily

-drink at least 10 glasses of water daily

-eat every 3 hours

-avoid fast food

-allow myself to dine out once

I find myself running to the store because of a want: Still trying to SATISFY myself through food. Time for change. Thanks for the shot of "self-awareness".

-plan & prepare ahead

-proper portion control

-eat 4-5 times daily

-ST twice a week

-cardio (Turbo Fire & Turbo Jam) 2-3 times a week

Today's plan....

NUTRITION
-Cook
-10 glasses of water
-4 meals
-6 fruggies

EXERCISE
-5 miles of WATP
-ST

KNOWLEDGE
-choose a book and read at least 1 chapter
-study anatomy

ENVIRONMENT
-laundry
-vacuum
-clean the bathroom
-organize my body products

REST
-get in bed no later than 10pm

SPIRIT
-PRAY & keep a POSITIVE MINDSET
