January Goals...

My goals for January are to...

-break 220lbs

-exercise EVERY day

-complete my daily core workout

-restart and complete Food, Faith and Fitness

-eat at least 4 times daily (every 3 hours)

-drink at least 10 glasses of water EVERY day

-start the Daniel Fast

    Very nice goals. I would like to be in the 220s by the end of January but that would be insane for me but I think you will make it.

I wish you success on your fitness goals and please make sure you are getting in enough rest so that you will have the energy to complete each goal successfully.
You can do it!

Goals for the week of 12/18/11

My goals for the week are to.....



-RE-start the Fat Smash Diet (I did not do so well last week)

-stick to the FSD

-get a 7 day pass to a different gym to see which one I like better

-go to the gym

-start an exercise challenge (at least 15 minutes a day for 100 days)

-complete my CNA course

-apply for at least 3 jobs

Progress...and....Excitement!!!!

Me this morning at 227.2lbs. My lowest this year. In October I was 227.8 and I regained the weight when the Monthly Monster attacked. I had a very hard time re-losing that weight! So, far this month I have lost 6lbs.

I finally made it to the gym today! I downloaded a free 1 day pass. I went and had a blast. I used the treadmill and the bike. I love working out at home, but something about doing it at the gym makes me feel different and even better. I also felt motivated because I was surrounded by like minded people.

The gym is less than a 5 minute walk from home and it has 24 hour access. There is also an awesome special on the enrollment fees and monthly dues. I am seriously thinking about joining this gym. It also has a pool and I am very happy about that!!! I love to swim and I love water aerobics. I think that joining a gym with boost my results.

I am pretty much sold!!! emoticon

    Very Nice! You can use the walk home as your cool down period and you can workout whenever you want. At the Gym you will probably be motivated by the people next to you to workout harder. Congrats on being the lowest this year, nice way to start of the new one. emoticon

    I love it when there are 24 hour gyms close. I get the workout bug sometimes really late and night and when it's open all the, it's perfect.
