This morning I did JM's Quick Trouble Zones, 5 miles of WATP and 60 crunches.


This evening I will do another 5 miles of WATP, Full Body ST and 60 more crunches.

I will...

-drink 96oz of water

-32 oz of Green Tea

-eat at least 6 fruits/veggies

-keep a positive mindset

Goals for the week of 11/21/10

My goals for the week of 11/21/10 are to....

-eat at least 6 fruits/veggies daily

-drink at least 12 glasses of water daily

-drink 32 oz of Green Tea daily

-follow the 80/20 clean eating rule

-avoid fast food, donuts & chocolate

-get in 3 days of full body ST

-get in 120 crunches at least 3 days

-communicate with my Health/Fitness Buddy daily

-break the habit of getting on the scale multiple times per day
