Clean it up!Friday, October 29, 2010
I'm sitting here at work irritated beyond measure. I'm thinking about my weight loss or lack there of. I got down from 236lbs to 213lbs. That is a great accomplishment for me, BUT I have gained some of that weight back(for a few reasons). I don't even know how I lost it in the first place, but it's been extremely hard to get it back off. ![]()

I've been struggling on and off with the same thing. My body seems to get complacent after a time. I'm in the process now, of shaking it up a bit. Personally, I'd be lost without the tracker. Thanks for the suggestions and support. @ Cegrube 12oz of water per day was a typo. I meant 12 glass of water per day. I only drink water and tea. I do measure my food, but I do not use the SP food tracker. What I was simply trying to say is that my workouts, water intake & fruit/veggie intake are on point, BUT I need to clean up my eating and cut some things out. And that's what I plan in doing. Sunday I start a new workout routine and I will go back to planning and preparing my meals ahead as that's what's helped me the most. I will keep working at this until I get it right!
