After getting tons of exercise yesterday I feel energized today. Slept fairly well last night and am ready for Lenten Services this noon and then to get more exercise on the bike after that. I am such the Blessed one that I can even do that and I am thankful. Enjoy your day.

Bicycling Tuesday

As the mother on the Golden Girls would say.......Picture this,.
I'm visiting in Texas where there are hills that go up and down without notice until you are riding a bike. I walked 3.75 miles to my cousins house and took the bike that she is lending me for the duration of my stay here. I then rode back to the house another 3.75 but it was hot and I had so many hills that I had to climb. I will be some kind of ticked off if I didn't lose some weight after all that. I am exhausted. I'm going to sit in the hot tub now. blessings on your day. I'm just so tickled that I didn't have a heart attack. LOL

Greetings world. Its monday and a chance for the new week to get going and for me to do the same. Changed the linens and done the wash while I do Spark people and then will be off to walk the fat right off my body. LOL I wish it would be that easy. LOL blessings on your day.

Today was a great day for learning and I did so by going to another church service other then my own denomination. Its was just so different, but what I realized was that it was the message of Jesus that shined through. Blessings on your day.

Trade days

Went to the neatest flea market today here in Texas, They call them Trade Days here verses flea market in Florida. Either way it was wonderful. I have some really neat western items to take back to Florida with me. I just love the wild west. LOL Blessings on your day.
