Well I did it!! I completed day 1 of my personnel challenge which includes the follow activities

~Day1: Classic Walk (1mile) Complete!!
~Workout 1: Light jog in place (2 minutes), jump rope (2 minutes), light jog (2 minutes) Wasn't so good at acting like I had a jump rope so I jogged in place when i felt like I wasn't doing well
Workout 2: Sit-ups (2 minutes), 25 push-ups, sit-ups (2 minutes), 25 push-ups Okay so I need work here:( I only managed to do 22 sit-ups and rested for a few sec. and then picked backed up and stopped for good at 28 sit-ups with 50secs remaining :/push ups only did 20 and then couldn't get up off the floor but all in all I give myself a A+ for trying.

losing the last 5 pounds with 5 day slim down

Okay so I'm up for a personnel challenge..... Its going to go like this I have told myself that I was going to lose a total of 6 pounds this month and keep it off But the only problem is that I still have 5 lbs to go... I really don't have good support around me at home the only 2 places that I find good support is here and on facebook with people I don't even know (weird I know) But with that said I'm going to use it to my advantage and make everything open to every one to see and This will also make me accountable for how I do this week. So you are now asking what is my challenge?? Well I'm going to be doing the 5 day slim down (walk away the pounds!!) The goal is to try and complete the whole dvd by friday..

Here is how it Goes:

~Day1: Classic Walk (1mile) Complete!!
~Day2:sculpt your arms (will also do day one=2miles)
~Day3:slim your legs(day1 -2=3miles)
~Day4:trim your tummy(day1-3=4miles)
~Day5:speed walk(day1-4=5miles)

Also I'm including some the sparkstart workout which looks like this:

Workout 1: Light jog in place (2 minutes), jump rope (2 minutes), light jog (2 minutes)
Workout 2: Sit-ups (2 minutes), 25 push-ups, sit-ups (2 minutes), 25 push-ups
Workout 3: Light jog in place (2 minutes), 1 set squats (8-12 repetitions), 1 set lunges, 1 set squats, 1 set lunges, leg stretches (2 minutes)
Workout 4: Take your dog (or just yourself!) for a quick walk around the block
Workout 5: Walk/run up and down the stairs 5 times
Workout 6: Brisk walk in place with arms pumping, knees up (3 minutes), 25 jumping jacks, brisk walk (3 minutes)
Workout 7: Light jog in place (2 minutes), fast jog in place (5 minutes), light jog in place (2 minutes)

Now I'm not sayin I'm losing the 5 lbs this week but the 5 lbs is the goal from know til the end of April..

Well today is a new day equling a new outlook!! I started off so far on a good note I woke up weighed in just to see were I was for the new month and Im at 210.0 I have already made the plan to lose 6lbs for this month and to keep it off when it lost!! so that is one of my mini goals for this month im also doing a challenge with of the teams on one so this will help shape me up and get me doin my fitness again.

Goals for week 1

*cardio 10mins daily
*Drink 8-10 cups water daily
*track daily

Well its my SPARKVERSARY!!!

emoticon Well thank you for this Award!!! I would first like to say thank you to GOD for Allowing me to see Another year!!! Then there is SPARK GUY!! for creating this wonderful friendly interactive site!! AND then to all my spark friends and buddy's that have been here for me on my journey!! I have been able to say thing that I never thought that I would be able to say I have gained confidence with myself I have learned that I MUST worry about me and take care of me before I can really and true take care of others! okay so as far as my weigh goes well that's a bust I cant say I lost a record number for the year And I haven't really lost anything I go up and down all the time but I must say that in the past I would have given up but now I'm a new me with a new outlook to life now that I'm here on sparkpeople it a life change not diet and that I will say again" ITS A LIFE CHANGE NOT A DIET" HMMMMM..... what does that me some may wonder well to me it just means that I really don't care about the weigh part as much now (it's a plus if i lose it though) I'm just focusing on becoming a better me so i can become a better mom friend and all round person!!!

okay last week was a blast I had a over all great week but there were some things that i took note of and I would like to change inthis up coming week!!

here are some of my falls last week:
~didnt track meals or write down what i arte
~only managed to complete 2 day of fitness
~sat at the computer for hours at a time
~didnt weigh in ( if i did i dont remeber and i aint post it)

So with that said and the fact that its spring break for the kids and the weather has been in the 60's and i belive its supposed to be like this this week im making mini daily goals so this will help me achive my daily goal and fitness goals.

My plan for Monday 3-15-2010:

~wake up and give a 1 min self talk
~weigh in
~ track or write down what i eat
~complete 1 mile walk away the pounds dvd
~Do intense spring cleaning to living room
~try to complete 10 mins of biggest loser dvd
~come and track and share my support with sparks

I know all these things can be done because i belive in myself all i have to do is hold myself to my word!! so will see what i get done for the day tomorrow!!
