So it took me 4 months to lose 6lbs.... oh well, at least I did it. I am eating healthier, still doing weight lifting 2-3 times a week, and now jogging. YES JOGGING. Who would have ever thought I would do that. But I am doing it and I'm loving it.

I still am doing weight training and loving it. I am back in 2 pairs (out of the 6 pairs) of capri's I wore last summer. The scale hasn't moved more than 2 lbs, but at least I can fit in my clothes again. ![]()

That is great! Weight-lifting is up my alley too. I go by my clothes size and measurements instead of the scale. Keep up the good work, and keep this image in mind about a scale: Report Inappropriate Comment |
