Today has been a lot better. No binge eating at all today. Supper will be a challenge as it will be pizza.But I have planned for it.I will limit what I eat and add a big salad.
I did get my exercises done and added a weight strength tape. That sounds like a lot but it is just some upper arm hand weight tape that I got some time ago.It is a sitting one.I had some weight moves on sit and be fit tape I taped from her program. But the tape is going bad so had to stop using that part of it.This is longer and has more moves.I only use 1# weights for this. The DVD is called

We are having very warm weather and will for awhile. Suppose to get some rain this weekend.

I guess the stress of yesterday got to me today. I did fine yesterday but started the day off eating non stop. Finally said to heck with this and went back to bed at noon. In better shape now but demon has already won. But will eat the right way the rest of the day. I wish our emotion wouldn't betray us but it happens.I will not feel quilty nor beat myself up.I have been doing good for most of the time.This has happened and it is already over.So it is behind me.Lesson learned.

Oh I did beat my food demon yesterday but I am already beat today.
Those of you than have grown children know that the drama doesn't disappear once they are grown.It is worse as you can't kiss away their pain.They have to do it. So I dealt with a daughters heart ache earlier. It was upsetting but I handled it and I am fine. As long as we are breathing we are Mothers and when our children hurt they want their mommy. Age has nothing to do with it. I am glad that just talking to me helps them but it is rough on me. But thanks to 1/2 a zanax and some exercise I calmed down fairly quickly. I must be honest and say I am glad the boys don't call. And as upsetting as it is sometimes I am grateful that my daughters have faith that I can help.Some mothers never hear from their children.
Ok Enough of that.
Yes I beat him but just barely. I have to get down toward the low side of my range.
I am making a ground turkey meat loaf for supper. This is kind of meal that takes time to figure calories. I got cal. count for everything I could as I mixed it up.Then weighed whole thing. Came up wit 35 cal per oz. So when I go to eat it I will measure and weigh my portion. It really is a big pain you know where to count calories. I will share a baked potato with Bill and add a salad for me.
A few people have asked where I got the patterns for the crochet ornaments.I got a book at Joannes fabric.But I would be happy to send you a copy of patterns.But I am way too lazy to sit and type them out. I am a 2 finger typer. If you want to send me your address by sparkmail I will be happy to make a copy and send it to you. Do NOT post it here. Send it in a sparkmail where only I will see it.

Sorry to have to say it but
I was doing good til midnight and then it was all downhill.
Nothing exciting going on.I got all my exercises done. Tried to be careful with my calories as I knew supper would be more today.For some reason Bill decided he really wanted a T-Bone steak so we got 2 at grocery store.It has been years since I had one. I refused to cook it in house and made him use the outside grill.I Knew it would be better and if we were splurging I wanted it to be worth it. It was worth it. It was so good. I had fresh yellow and chinese green beans that I steamed.So it was an awesome supper.

This is an example of the zookinesis tape that I do.I have 2 of them that are sitting ones. I had to really decide if I wanted to show this after I saw it.My big belly and floppy arms are there for all to see. But I have a big belly and floppy wings. The one good thing I did notice is my grey hair doesn't show. I also do other types of sitting exercises.So there is always something we can do. I know I look silly but it is better than doing nothing.It is a form of Tai Chi done in a chair. I do have to skip thru parts.If you noticed there is a stop watch there.Whenever I skip I stop the watch and restart it when I start again.That way I get an accurate time I exercised.
