I lost 2.4#.I was hoping for a tad more but I am happy with this.I would have been happy with 1#. So my efforts are showing.
Today was my soup making day. I ended up with 25 cups.I put it in 2 cup bags to freeze.Each bag is 108 cal.I will add a little more broth to them when I use them but that will only bring it up 15 cal. I will use them for lunch and my night snack. I put a lot of fresh chinese green beans in them.I had some for lunch and it was good. I was even good about not eating a bunch of it.I normally would eat 4 or 5 cups but I didn't.
Bill picked me up some more finger one yogurt so I could taste test one of the fruit ones. I think I like the key lime the best.I throw one in the freezer about 20 minutes before I want to eat it and it is almost like sherbet.To me I think I prefer the Dannon fit and light 4oc the best. SO if you need extra fiber go for fiber one and just taste I will use Dannon.Except I do like the fiber one key lime.
The dannon is 60 cal and the fiber one is 50 cal.
It is another very rainy day. Here is a pic of a butterfly that is hanging on to a okra leaf. He is still there.I couldn't get a great pic as he is behind leaves. When it was raining and wind blowing he just hung on.

I am going to end this as I keep hitting wrong button.It is poring rain here so I think I am going to go take a nap.
I said I would do a second blog so I could show my visitor ourside plus a flower from front of house.
I picked up some low cal and low sodium lunch meat and will put it in 2 oz packages for lunch next week.I got the kind they slice not prepacked. I am going to see how well a piece of the roast beef freezes.I also got a pack of wraps that are only 90 cal. Used one for supper with meat and lettuce and tomatoe and it made a big sandwich. I am doing good with my calories.I still have over 500 for later today plus 1/2 of a large tomato I already counted calories on. Will make a big pot of soup tomorrow . I also got some more fresh yellow wax beans and some fresh chinese long beans.

Looks like we are going to have another rain storm later.I hope it waits until I can go get my hair cut. Had to go get a blood check earlier so I took my camera.Went to a local park on Lake Tarpon where people go to picnic and go out on lake.Here are a few pictures I took of the trees with the spanish moss hanging.One of picnic areas. Oh I did see 2 butterflies this morning.Didn't get a picture tho.
I had some bananas that I needed to do something with so I looked for a recipe on spark. I found one called Banana Muffin with yogurt. I read the remarks and saw that someone used vanilla yogurt which I had. I rarely use flour so the calories in flour surprised me. 1 cup of flour is 400 cal.Yuck. But I proceeded. Since I quit baking a long time ago I could not find my muffin pans nor cup cake papers.But I found a hearts cookie pan so I used that. The calories are more than I like for a snack.But I will freeze then in 1/4 (39 cal) 1/2 (78) and maybe 2 whole at 155 cal. I did add a 100 cal bag of cranberries in there with about 50 cal of nuts.Next time if I do it again I will add some cinnamon.
My butterfly flowers are doing good but as I said the bees like them better so far
I used the new chopper today and it works great.I like that it has a little handle to lift blade out and handle on cup itself. It also has a thing to push food down which is nice.
Today is my Angel's birthday.She is 37 today. She is next to the youngest. Her younger sister is only 14 months younger.Angel has very dark hair and eyes like me and Rebekah is blonde and blue eyed.I always call them my day and night babies.
Yesterday was another good day.No upsetting calls. And I did good with calories again 6 0
