Just a quick hello as I have to get those plants planted. The tab says they are New Guinea Impatients. I had one for many years that was so beautiful and then just dies. They won't make it in my Feel Good Corner as it likes to be watered often. So I am putting them in pots and put them under the front awning. The one I had just loved the front porch but we closed that in. But awning will keep it out off direct sun for most of day and it is close enough to walkway that I can water it.
This is what the one I had looked like. He bought 2 small ones this bright pink and 2 whites. I really did not need more plants to pot.I have several in back that need re potting.
Oh Who can tell me what I do to tulip bulbs after the bloom dies so it will come back.Do I take it out of pot or put in ground.??????
Ok I will come back later maybe.I have read all the blogs and will respond later today. If I don't get my butt moving plants will stay in small pots. Bill put everything out front where I can sit to do it and then easy to wash mess right into yard.

The flowers are very pretty, one of my favorite plants. I don't know about the planting of them tho, when you find out you will have to let me know as I would like to get some. Have fun with them and enjoy the outdoors. It is still cold and snowy here in New York, plus I can't do anything until my muscles return to normal. Have a great weekend.

    Hi there,
Your impatiens are pretty.
I would wait until the green part on the tulips dies. Then store them some place, plant them in the fall. Hope this helps :)

Went to grocery store thinking I had a small list. But somehow it triples after I got there. Then I had so much fresh veggies there wasn't enough room in crispers when I got home.. I had the ride around cart and mine was full and Bill had regular cart and not near as much. Most of stuff was from produce and frozen departments.
I got my 30 minutes of exercise done this morning but I am going to go do another 20 min now.
Bill did the new DVD with me last night. Probably the only time he will do it. It is a mostly stretching one like Tai chi but in a chair.
He brought home 4 plants last night that I have to get repotted tomorrow. But didn't bring any potting soil.He thought the plants he got could go in the dirt here.No way. They have to go in a big pot.
Gotta go.Have a great weekend.
Oh I did sleep better last night.Actually slept for 2 straight hours before pain woke me up.

Glad your grocery shopping trip went well. I guess we all do the same thing, I can go for three things on a list and come out with $100.00 worth of groceries. I did that today. However, we have company, so I'm cooking a little different than for Ted and I.
What kind of new plants did you get? I need to get busy in my yard, I have done a little, but just don't have time right now. Will be glad when April 17 gets here...I do enjoy working on every thing, but I tend to get bogged down. Especially with company right now!
I'm glad you had a good night and I hope this one is as good or better...

We're going grocery shopping tomorrow morning. I'm not looking forward to it! I haven't even started my list. Did you get any new veggies or fruit?

How sweet of Bill to get involved in your exercising. It's nice that my husband and I go together. Yesterday we both listened to our music but it was nice to have him there. We know each others facial expressions and can read lips so we still communicate.

I would've been like Bill and not brought any potting soil home. I'd really like to have plants but I'm not good with them. My darn cat eats the leaves too. My poor African Violet at work is almost dead. I tried.

Enjoy your visit with Landon!!

I am feeling better today. I was able to vent off frustration to my dear friend Debbie. Poor thing does put up with a lot from me.
My eating did not start out real well this morning but not terribly bad either. I am still fighting fluid but slept a little better last night.
I will either go back to bed and rest awhile or go exercise.MMMM I think I may lay down first and then exercise. The exercise program I am putting on a DVD will not play on player in back room. I have a lot of her exercises on vcr so I may just save these and use them in living room if I want to do something different. I am tired of messing around with recorder so I will take a break.Maybe next week I will try to figure out the problem. But that is way down on the totum pole for me.
Here is a pic of newest grandson that I still haven't seen in person yet

And this was visitor right outside my window on edge of pool.I thought for sure he would fly away before I could get the pic. He was sitting in shade but you can see what a handsome fellow he is.

That is an adorable picture of Landon! Make sure you get lots of pictures when he visits.

Maybe you can call technical support about your DVR player. My husband had to call Microsoft last night about his MP3 player and the call went well, believe it or not. Good luck! If I lived closer I'd help.

Sorry my friends for not responding to all of you or remarking on your page. I am just in a real crappy mood that still hasn't improved. The first thing I saw this morning was Octomom having every thing given to her on a silver platter and it makes me sick. I get severely upset every time I see her. She is upfit to be a mother and now she is profiting off her children. While so many other people are working their butts off and are about to lose all they have. Must stop as it gets me so riled up.

I will be in a better mood tomorrow but today I am not fit to be around.

I have to admit, even here in NZ she is featured on the news.
i was mind blown when I heard she was being given a house with heaps of support for all of her children.
here is a mum who choose to be a single parent with no way of providing for them. How sad is that. I see many parents struggling to keep their heads above water in these difficult times who could benefit from support.
Shakes my head in disbelief.
