Ok this is try #2
I didn't realize how large or nice this plant was until Bill moved it out to my "Feel Good Corner of Back Yard" He was making room for new steps he is going to build to make it easier for me to get into pool. I didn' t want to push my luck but I will try to get him to move it more in the center.

I got up in my normal time today and the day is flying by. I did get my exercises done.Something I have been not doing like I should. Actually even got shower and dressed early today. LOL
Bill brought a subway sandwich by with a small bag of chips.Put chips up and had sliced cucumber instead. It was nice to have lunch with hubby.He often stops by if he is in area . And it is always nice to spend time with him.
I finally broke down and messed around with his WII last night. Needless to say I will have to practice.LOL.He is already at professional level on bowling. No surprise there. No way will I play against him. He kept wanting to tell me how to do it. I told him to get out and stay out. I was doing it for fun.I don't need to be an expert. But since it is a game I know I have more time to practice if I want.And I could beat him before long.But I may leave his ego alone for awhile.LOL
I didn't eat after 10 again last night.It was very hard as I wanted to very badly. Now I have to keep doing it and get daily calories down.
It is a beautiful sunny day today.Nothing like so many of you are having.We are already up in the 50's.We are suppose to be in the 30's tonight and then start warming back up. We problably won't have much more cool weather.
Oh Bill has ordered me some new hibiscus for ones he killed. They are a hardy plant and not easy to kill but he managed it.LOL

It is real nasty outside.Lots of rain and wind.But we always need rain. It is suppose to get colder later today after rain Nothing like the cold and snow a lot of you are still having.
I am up early for 2 days in a row. I did go to bed a little earlier for me last night.
And I did not eat after 10. But I sure ate plenty before.
I already have a big pot of soup made for next week. I bought two big packs of chicken thighs because they were 2 for 1.So I sat yesterday and skinned and de boned each one.Then wrapped and weighed and put calories on package. I threw all the bones and skin in a pot and made a big pot of broth.Later took all bones out and put broth in fridge. Skimmed all fat off this morning and used broth in my soup. have no idea how to count calories but it can't be much as I got almost all fat out. I had 1/2 of a sandwich bag full of fat.That is a lot.
I trimmed back on what I put in soup as I have been gradually adding too much each week coming up with higher calories per cup. This left out the canned beans this time and added extra cabbage.Each cup of this is only 40 calories versus the 80 to 100 calories per cup I was making.I like to add a few frozen veggies when I eat it like okra so I can now do that and still have a filling low calorie soup. This way I can have soup and salad for around 2oo calories. So all I have to do now is let it cook and bag it for freezer.
Hubby has gone to her bowling.He is going to stop at mall and see if he can get someone to change phone number on my medic alert bracelet. I don't go many places without him but I did have a problem last summer when I wasn't feeling well.I had gone to get a blood test and had so much trouble walking I got to thinking about what would happen if i fainted or something. I had nothing on me saying who to call or anything. I had a bracelet but it was so scratched you couldn't read it and it look too much like a plain bracelet.So I sent for a new one and had Bill's cell put on it.Well He now carries a person phone plus work one.But he turns work one off when not working. So I need his number on bracelet. My bracelet says I have CHF,ICD and am on coumadin but I take tons of meds and Bill carries a list with him.I just feel better knowing I have ID on me at all times.I do not carry a purse around with me. It usually stays in car. I just take out cash or card and carry it in pocket.
So if you have a serious medical condition do get you a bracelet. They are over priced but worth it.
I got more done on my spark friend notebook journal. i have divided it up into sections like.One for people who are listed on my page,then ones from teams that I want to remember or whose blogs I check. I may divide it up again and put people whose blogs I keep up with in their own section. I am missing a couple of pictures and one person I talk to daily I don't even have her first name. But I am pleased with way it is coming.There is space for me to add notes whenever. I just wished I had saved them all on computer when I made them but I didn't But this will work well.
I did something yesterday that I haven't done in many months.I actually sat down at my art table and worked on a picture for about 10 minutes. My rapidiograft was plugged and had to put ink in another one.That one is soaking,Hope I didn't ruin it. I stated a picture of an ostrich head or it may be an emu and never finished it.So I am going to try and finish it this week.
Boy I am talkative this morning. I have written a book.
Wanda-- Don't let your KOPS status stress you out.You know I was leader for many years and I watched the KOPS torment themselves so bad. My sister finally said the stress was toomuch.Lost her status but the got back in range but refused to be a KOP.I thought she made the right disicion. I am doing so much better since I walked away from TOPS. I don't see me ever going back.

Robin, I have no idea why I am up so early. I may go lay back down shortly. Does it ever stop snowing around you?? It sounds like you had a great time at plex.I would love the pool. You will survive hubby.He may not survive you. Glad you liked that joke I sent you.I don't usually send that kind but it just stuck me funny. maybe because it was real close to home.
Ann I tried the papaya and it was yuck.I don't know if it could taste better but I did not like it. I haven' tried the Pluot but I think I will like it

This is my new try on fruit this week. I don't think I will like papaya as man said it was a lot like mango and I didn't care for that.The other is suppose to be just a different type of plum.
I am up very early for me. I did sleep a little better even tho I still woke up every hour. I was able to reposition myself so pain eased up and I went back to sleep without having to get up.
My youngest daughter stopped by for a quick visit last night. She has just completed CNA classes and has 2 clients . She is suppose to take her test for her state license soon. One of her patients is 94 and the other almost 90. Home health care is what she is doing. Rebekah is 35 and has mostly been a stay at home wife and mother.But her hubby lost his business and she is now like many others.On verge of losing everything so staying home is no longer an option.
I finally managed to not eat after 10 last night.Finally.I was beginning to think I would never do it again.
I haven't been exercising except for hand weights lately.Some times my tired heart says to take it easy.But feeling a little better so I will visit Richard in a few minutes.
Still not use to Bill not working on Fridays so today seems like Sunday. Hopefully he will get started on new steps for pool today.

Today my sweet grand daughter Brianna turned 16.
I am fighting to get back on track and it is a struggle.I start out with good intentions that fall throughout the day. I see my heart doc in 2 weeks and I do not want to have a gain when I go back. I see so many sparkers who are doing so well and they are all an inspiration.
I have eliminated a couple things from grocery list this week to see if that will help.
I am having problems with fluid which doesn't help. But it is an ongoing thing I have to contend with.
Once again we spent way too much at grocery store. I do spend a lot in produce and frozen veggies. And I also take advantage of 2 for 1's that we use.But I am thankful I can go to grocery store and but what I want.It wasn't always that way.
I am making a spark book with all my sparkers. I have several pages made already so I can look and see face and info that goes with names. I put their picture and profile etc on page.A few I don't have a picture of as they don't have one on their page.
I also put any info I want to remember such as their address if I have it and how much weight they have lost. Altho I don't have a long list of friends I do have a long list of people that I check on.
