Sorry no blog yesterday. I spent most of the day in bed and when I did feel better a blog was last thing I wanted to do. I am sorry I am such a potty pooper later but I just have bad days.I have just had them more often lately.
Today started out good but it wasn't long before I was laying down again.
I just now got most of supper prepped. Bill helped by cutting up potatoes for oven and is going to cook the turkey burgers as i started to not feel so great.. I experimented with burgers so we may end up just eating baked fries. I always put some small diced carrots and onion in them and sometimes I put mushrooms in mine. I had leftover undiluted mushroom soup in fridge so I added about a tablespoon of it to meat and 2 teaspoon of parmesan cheese.Then my spices. It will either be good or nasty. I and hoping good.
I have been making slaw lately so I made it and then went to computer to find a copy of KFC's. I ended up using something from a couple of different recipes. It tasted good when I mixed it up but will see when it sits in fridge. I used light mayonnaise,salt , dill pickle juice,sugar and celery seeds.The slaw itself is standard cabbage,carrots,onion,cucumber and tomato.
I am doing great on tracking food.Takes more time but I have been good. The scale is down but so is fluid so not sure how much I have lost.
