I am feeling better than yesterday but on tired side.
Fixed a healthy supper. Ground turkey burger with baked veggies.
Bill brought home some flowers today
We both go to dermatologist tomorrow.Poor Bill will probable get zapped all over.
We are watching a tear jearker. Now is Good.
I put my weight ticker back on my spark page. I took it off because I was embarrassed that I had gained so much. I am now finally starting to lose. Very slowly but sure.
Not much going on here. We did get Expendables 2 in the mail. Bill thinks we have seen it but we saw the first one.
Weather is still warm.
I ended up going over my calorie range yesterday but on point today. I should do good.

It was a 2 nap day. Just feeling puny.
I hate that stuff that tastes good is so high in calories. I just made his and hers turkey pot pie with turkey meat I froze. The biggest shocker was crust. I ended up having about 250 cal just for a partial crust of pieces on top. My pot pie ended up being 750. Granted it is large and I will have plenty left over for tomorrow or later tonight. I made them in small skillets and no bottom crust. I am glad I made them separate as it would be hard to figure out calories if I made just one. It is a shame because crust is the best. Oh well.I will still be within my calorie range. Bill gets me a slurpee from 7-11 which is 47 cal and I keep in freezer and just eat little out at a time for snack. Or some cut up cucumbers.
Since I quit drinking orange juice and caffeine diet coke stomach feels better. I am starting to think it was the orange juice. Now i have 1/2 cup milk and drink diet ginger ale

The weather is still on warm side for this time of year but that's ok with me.
Bill got groceries early this week as I was out of a few things that I had to have so he just got other stuff too. Ground turkey was a bogo for 1st time so knew we would be getting it anyway.
He straighten out our little extra freezer so we would have more room. If I could find a size in between my small one and a regular one I would get it.And was self defrosting one. I have to defrost this one a few times a year. Big pain in the butt.
Heard back from heart doc and I can not take the Valerian root for sleeping.He said he would interfere with coumadin blood thinner I take. I never take any over the counter vit,herb,natural drug without checking.There are some vitamins I can't take. So if you are on regular meds for anything always check with your doc.
Bill went to Walgreen's and got flu shot. He usually gets it free from my ex job but he missed the date. The druggist told him they had 2 shots for flu but were completely out of the one.I don't get it but I am super careful. I even reminded Bill to wash hands after putting up some of groceries.I did the same. It is better now as he isn't going to work and liable to bring it home.
Tonight is Bill's pizza night. I haven't had any in about 3 weeks or more. Just the smell makes me sick and I love pizza. I am still not getting any. I am going to experiment with making a shrimp veggie stir fry meal. I will probably just put all veggies in pan with some beef broth and let it simmer and then add shrimp. It won't really be a stir fry but a healthy meal. I wish I had had Bill get me a can of water chestnuts. I use to keep a can on hand but seems like I forgot lately.
I am doing good with eating. It was a real test this afternoon when son in Ohio needed money. I cut me up a tomato with a piece of cucumber and piece of yellow pepper. But Bill's lunch meat and cheese was sure calling my name. I told him to get it to his little fridge. I actually have a small fridge that has a lock so he can have stuff that I will over eat.Like chunk cheese or lunch meat etc.

My supper. It has fresh squash,carrots,green beans onion, Added frozen cauliflower,broccolli,asparagus. Then shrimp. Simmered it in some beef broth and one tiny packet of soy sauce. Came to 350 cal.Added tomatoes and I rounded it off to 400 cal.
