Not feeling well and have gone back to bed twice since I got up. Just the fluid I have to deal with.
Got hair cut and she did a good job but longer than I am use to in back.I like clippers used on back. Next time I will talk her into playing with clippers. It will grow back.
Looking forward to DWTS. Will not be happy if Bristol stays much longer.

    awww cute pictures, yes some made me smile. i like the clippers too it,s usely 2 or 3 for me. depends on the season if it is cold out i get it the long one but my hair grows fast so they can do it short and a couple weeks just right.you take care of the fluid. did the dr. say anything to help get rid of it?last night i did the bosses job at the factory and mine it took me 3 hours plus bdo building one 1/2 so i,m tired today plus raked leaves into piles ready for bags when rain stops.maybe sunday.take care and have a super day. emoticon this is me

    I hope today is a better day for you Eleni!
My hairdresser cut the back of my hair too short! Next time, I'll have to ask her to give the back a trim not scalp it, lol. Hard to get exactly what we want Eleni!
I love the pictures and the little Chihuahua in pink looks just like mine!! Could be twins even!

  Hi Eleni.........
I especially enjoy your flowers as mine are history. The freezes we have had the past few nights have wiped out most of my flowers. There are a couple of really tough ones hanging on, but it won't be long and they will be gone too.
My orchids are looking pretty good so far.........nothing like yours, but I am hoping that the roots are doing well and will shoot up some healthy sprouts soon.
That little Pumpkin can be in our patch anytime.
DWTS has been unreal tonight. Such talent!!!

Didn't sleep well last night. Have been waking up and then
I couldn't go back to sleep. I never sleep great but was doing better.
Since I haven't been feeling so great Bill decided to prove he could cook supper. He did an awesome job of cooking a roast. He found a ready to bake setup at WalMart.It was as good as mine.
I told him tonight that if I ask for anything only bring me popsicles or jello. Will see if that works.
We just watched a movie called Five about 5 women that get breast cancer. Was a little bit of a tearjerker but was a good movie

  Hi Eleni.....
Maybe the answer to you NOT sleeping and me NOT sleeping is to call each other and talk until we fall asleep. What do you think? Actually, Ken gave me some of the Melatonin that he takes and the first night I took it I went right to sleep. The second night it took a bit longer, but I slept all night. It is natural so maybe you could check with your Dr. to see if it would be safe for you. Just a thought.

    I'm not a teenager any more either. I don't think any older person sleeps like the kids - and my biggest complaint is that I never feel great in the morning. The best I ever feel is OK. Do you remember feeling GREAT! ?

    What a caring and good DH you have. . .This last year I can fall asleep but always wake up in the wee hours of the morning. . .and I hate it. I just asked my Dr. if there was anything that would help me sleep longer. Without hesitation he wrote me a RX for Ambien. I need to check it out and see if it's okay to take with my other RX--also for it's side effects. Being sleep deprived really sucks as you probably know. Take care and have the good positive week. Feel better soon.

Abigail is so cute but her GGM already knows that. It doesn't seem that long ago that she was born but time flies by for me now.

I think as we age we need less sleep .. I also have trouble sleeping.
There are various remedies I have tried but none work .

    I also have been having a lot of trouble sleeping lately. Any advice without taking a sleeping pill. I used to use melatonin but it doesn't cut it anymore. Hope you feel better.

  Hi Eleni.......
So Bill is picking up hair clippers..........does that mean that HE will be cutting your hair??? I have cut Ken's hair since the first year we were married and that was over 44 years ago!!! He has curly hair so it is easy to hide any mistakes I may make.

How does your son and his family like Ohio? I think their climate is very similar to ours so they are probably adjusting to MUCH cooler temperatures. Looks like they like the Pumpkin Patch though.

I only slept for about 4 hours last night, so am really tired right now. I don't usually have trouble sleeping, but the past 3 nights, I read for awhile, turned out the light, and lay there wide awake. Last night it was 4 AM the last time I looked at the clock!!!!! It drives me nuts...........MORE nuts!!! I hope this ends soon.

Enjoy your Sunday. We have Nola's Baptism at 8AM followed by a brunch at our son's home.

  Hi Eleni.......
Good Luck with the haircut. I hope it works out well. Ken asked me ONCE why I drive 40 miles to get my hair cut and I tried to explain why a woman, when she has found THE person who cuts her hair just the way she wants it cut, will travel any amount of miles. I go every 7 to 8 weeks, so I don't mind the drive at all.

Love the pictures of Brianna and Haven. You can sure tell how much they think of each other.

I like ALL of your pictures but laughed out loud at the Monkey and the Blow Dryer and just had to show it to Ken.

We have a busy weekend ahead of us. Our youngest grand-daughter, Nola is going to be baptized on Sunday. Tomorrow, I have to make a fruit salad and a coffee cake and the baptism begins at 8:30 Sunday morning, followed by a brunch at my oldest son's home. We are supposed to get crazy weather Saturday and into the morning Sunday, so I hope it doesn't affect the ceremony.
