Hi Eleni........ Whenever you tell us about your soup-day, it makes me hungry for it. Maybe it is what I need to give this respiratory thing the final push out of my system!!! Your Cleome look great........ready to bloom already. Because they self-seed, I have literally MILLIONS of them in 3 areas of my gardens. I will send you pictures when they start to bloom. I thinned them out once, but need to do that at least one more time if not more. We are having my DIL's parents over for a brunch on Sunday. I finally got my hair cut. We did get wet when we were going back to car. But we always need rain here.
I have not done as good this week with eating this week.The best I can hope for is no gain.
My friend Debbie put this on facebook today and it is so good I had to share it with all of you.

FRIENDS
Why do I have a variety of friends who are all so different in character? How can I get along with all of them? I think, that each one helps to bring out a "different" part of me.

With one of them I am polite. I joke with another friend. I sit down and talk about serious matters with one. With another I laugh a lot. I may have a drink with one. I listen to one friend's problems. Then I listen to another one's advice for me.

My friends are all like pieces of a jigsaw puzzle. When completed, they form a treasure box. A treasure of friends! They are my friends who understand me better than myself, who support me through good days and bad days. We all pray together and for each other.

I know it isn't morning but I like this so just pretend it is morning


I know you have heard it before but my Bill is the best. He does so much for me and puts up with my grumpy moods when I don't feel good.He brought me these yesterday for no reason other than he thought I would like them

This is the plumaria.The old flowers are gone but new ones are coming.

Back to Bill. I called to tell him earlier that it was every man for himself and he say ok. No problem.Then I called him when I got up from my second nap to bring me a subway sub.Again ok No problem. I will bring you anything you want.
I am always telling people that my grand children are my reward for surviving their parents.Well Bill is my reward for surviving my first husband.Even at his worse he is still better than most men.
I am so aggravated with the soap "General Hospital"Another baby swap story line.I hope they don't drag it out.Ok have a good night.

Hi Eleni......... You and Bill are an inspiration. I have been very lucky in that Ken has been a wonderful husband from the start. Tomorrow is our 44th wedding anniversary and we are still going strong. Unfortunately, not many couples can say that. I went to the Dr. and he gave me a great antibiotic. I still felt rotten this morning, but, after a nap this afternoon, I think I can see a light at the end of the tunnel. I don't remember the last time I was this completely exhausted. Later...... Brianna came today to clean.She was hiding her face with mail when I went to let her in.This is why.


Of course I gave her a little trash talk. She is such a sweetheart. She actually does more than her mother . Plus if she sees kitchen is messy she takes care of it without me asking.

The snake is back. A mocking bird chased it across yard. Once it was in grass couldn't see it but mocking bird did.
I am not doing as good as i was. I slacked off listening to my tape. I will no longer say I lost weight again.I want to get use to saying I released the weight. My friend tells me when we say we lost something it is like saying it is something we can find again. So I want to say released from now on.

Hi Eleni......... Brianna and Felicia are such beautiful girls. I think that BOTH of them could model. Our computer service shut down completely last night. I think that it might have been because of the election. I don't think they could keep up. I ended up at the Dr.'s office this afternoon. I thought that I was finally getting over this respiratory infection I have had for a little over a week. I felt pretty good yesterday, so I washed all of the windows in the house inside and out. When I finally sat down to watch the election results last night, my nose started running again, my throat was sore, and I ended up coughing all night. The Dr. said that I did too much too soon and put me on Azithromycin. Hopefully it will do the job. I am so tired right now that I hope I am making sense. Later....... I forgot about Bill bowling on Monday nights.I usually don't cook but I had taken chicken out and got it in oven quick. So he got supper afterall.
Have started making my med bags. I do hate it so I try to break it up so I don't have to do all at one time. 1st bag of the day is ready.So 3 more to go. It is amazing I don't have an ulcer. With the advil I take it is around 70 pills a day.I hate the potassium the most.
My other coneflowers are starting to bloom and some are going to be double.Even found one that was hidden behind another plant.
I got the new bra today and it is best fit I have ever had.Will see how it does after being washed. If it works out I will order maybe 2 more.Very expensive.

This is a plant I ordered and can't remember what it is but it is starting to get some kind of buds

And my grandson picked these flowers for his mom . I am glad owner didn't see him

I sat outside by butterfly garden and several were coming real close to me. They didn't seem to care that I was there.

Beautiful photos Eleni! Wow, you sure do take a lot of pills daily, it's a wonder your tummy doesn't complain! Getting them all ready would be quite a chore! Speaking of bras . . . I found a cheap one at Walmarts that is far more comfortable than my regular expensive ones!! Have washed it a lot too and it still remains the same. I might go over and pick up a couple more.
