Last night we had some hard rain and wind.Didn't realize how much wind til I got up. The little white fence thing that Bill put behind Delilah has fallen over and is laying on top of her.Tinkerbell was knocked out of her hands. But being the sweet hubby that he is he is coming by to fix it for me.
I did not eat again after 10.It isn't getting easier by no means.I wanted to eat again last night but just kept telling myself no. The scale is already showing the effects of not doing that extra eating. So that is an incentive. I have also been making myself go to bed by 11 or 11:30.Even tho I wake up often.
I have another small project planned for today.I have these Photo thingy's that are like little room dividers.The smallest one is about 4' x3' and holds 12 pictures.Bill is going to attach it to the wall for me.It has been sitting in a corner gathering dust. Some of the picture have been in there a long time.A few I will leave as they are just special.Like one I have of Tamara and Alyssa when they were about 4 years old.They are now both 13.They are just so cute smiling and hugging each other. Two others are Angel and Heather when they were around 16.They are now 36. Just a plain picture of each of them with no make up on and just a nice smile on each of them.
Put some are group pictures and I had new better ones that I will swap out.Maybe tomorrow I will tackle the big one that is about 6 x 4
Bill is here to fix Delilah so I have to supervise so I will be back later to let you know how my day goes

    At least you're seeing results by not eating after 10PM. I've been pretty good about my exercising and I am not seeing any results. As much as I want to be discouraged, I won't let it get me down.

Bill sounds like a keeper! emoticon I have to supervise my husband at times too.

It is a bright and sunny day here. emoticon. emoticon
I did not eat after 10 last night and I really wanted to but didn't.
I have got my exercises over with altho I may go back later today and do a little more of Richard.
Don't have much to say today. I did get the plastic containers all sorted out yesterday. I can open cabinet and I am not attacked.
We have been hitting some good sales on some canned stuff and I am overflowing with soup and tomato sauce and green beans emoticon Had to change cabinets around so I could put stuff together.
I have a friend coming over after lunch so I better make sure there is a pathway for her to get thru house.LOL Only joking.There is a pathway but I make no promises about house being dust free. I always tell people if they want to come to a spic and span house they better go somewhere else.

    You must have seen my plastic's cabinet! It is so cluttered, and I have no one to blame but ME, as I am the only one who puts thing in there. Ted will put up everything else, but says he is not brave enough to go there! lol

emoticonYou are so faithful to exercise! I can't seem to get back in the swing of things. That is on my must do list.

And I am so proud of you for not eating at night. emoticon I have had a hard time with that lately.

Today has been a lazy day. Our youngest grandson came and spent the day with us. He was out of school and the rest of the family had to work. He will graduate from high school this year and is going to college across state. I sure hate for him to be so far away. The older boy goes to college in Wichita Falls, which is about half way between here and his parents.

    You did awesome by staying away from temptation! Very well done my friend. I have one of those cupboards that likes to attack me too!! LOL What a great bargain hunter you are!!! I need to take you shopping with me!!

    emoticon You're beating night time eating! WAY TO GO! I'm proud of you!!!

My house is NEVER dust free no matter how I try. We have 2 dogs (1 long hair & one short hair) and a cat. That alone keeps us busy. Our poor vacuum cleaner hates us!! I have so many dolphin things all over the house and 1/2 of I can't even reach to dust. Right now I also have more priorities than a spic and span house. That may come after my kids move out. Who knows.

I've been good and using all my canned goods. My cabinets are starting to empty out finally. I stopped buying canned veggies and only buy frozen now. They're more expensive but the taste is better. I tried arranging my cabinets so that canned soup is on one side, tomatoes and tomato sauce on another side and misc stuff ion between but for some reason it doesn't stay like that. Oh well.

I'm still jealous of your sunny warm weather!!

    Hi Eleni, I was organising our kitchen yesterday - just like you. We are getting a new kitchen put in - starting next week. Our house is going to be a BIG mess, so I need to be really organised and make sure that things are where I can find them.

I was looking at our chopsticks yesterday and thinking of you! Hope you are having a great day. Mine is just starting....off to the gym and then home to clean up some more.

Today has started out good and early for me. I did great with not eating after 10.Two nights in a row. That is a lot of calories I am saving. I am making that a daily goal for as long as it takes.Exercises are out of the way. I have a small project in kitchen I keep putting off and will work on that today. I have a stack of plastic containers falling out of cabinet.Going to try to organize and get rid of ones I don't use.
Cold last night but sun is out and it will hot 70 later.Beautiful days. emoticon emoticon

Yesterday we went to K-Mart and Wal-Mart and I treated myself to some shopping. I bought 2 books that caught my eye.A new knife for the kitchen and 2 new cutting boards.One board for meats and one for veggies.Also another set of measuring spoons and a hot pad that will fit over the handle of my iron skillet that I bake in a lot.And a cute salad bowl. I decided to reward myself for effort

    emoticon You're doing good on the nighttime eating. The nighttime munchies hit me when I don't eat enough at lunch and/or skip the afternoon snack - just like the morning munchies attack me if I skip breakfast. I have to be sure and eat enough through the day.

Is there a plastic container cabinet that's not disorganized? I think the little critters party when we're not looking.

    emoticon - 2 nights in a row!!! It's not easy but you're doing a great job!! I have a bad night time eating habit too. It wasn't the best last night but that was my fault for exercising so late. I didn't eat too bad, I just ate a few things and ate it late.

I can imagine your cabinet with the containers falling out because mine is the same way!! I have one solitary cabinet between the refrigerator and oven for plastic containers and it can NEVER stay organized. I'm not the one putting them away once their clean (that's my daughter's job) and she just shoves them in there. When I open the cabinet to get a container for left overs they usually fall out at me. I organize it and within a few days it's like a tornado whipped threw it. It's just one of those things and I think many of us have a cabinet like that.

I can't wait for 70 degrees here! I have another 4 months probably before that happens. It's supposed to reach a high of 20 today. We'll see. This morning at 9AM it was 4 degrees with a -11 windchill. BBBRRRRRR!

Good weigh in

I was pleasantly surprised to see I had lost 1#.I am now at pre holiday weight.
But best of all I achieved my daily goal of not eating anything after 10 pm.May not be a big deal to many but it was a giant big deal to me. I had trouble getting to sleep and got up for quite awhile And did not eat anything while I was up. That was fantastic for me. I will keep it at 10 for awhile and then start moving it backwards.I do not plan to go below 9 as I know I can't do it.And I do good with eating until after 9 or later.
So needless to say I am in a good mood today.Exercise is done and I am ready for the day. When hubby gets back we are going to K-mart or Walmart to get a few things. I may look for a new pair of long pants at K-Mart. Their larger sizes seem to fit better. Plus some more measuring spoons.Will just find a cheapo set.I have some but wanted an extra teaspoon as I use teaspoon so much.
I picked up an exercise band from my sister yesterday to use with the sit program. The program only uses them once in awhile but I now have one.I have everything now that the instructor uses.I put everything in a small bag where I can find it easy.My weights sit next to my chair as I use them throughout the day.
We did get down to high 30's last night which is very cold for here.It is already back up to 49. I know that is nothing for a lot of you but cold for here.
Well I need to get a few things done

    emoticon Yea, you lost a pound!! I know you said it could go either way, so great job!!! You also conquered that night eating last night so you proved to yourself it can be done. I was a BAD night snacker last night!!!! That dark chocolate was calling my name. I'll be glad when all the Christmas candy is gone.

You're doing so good with your exercising. I've been bad this week but cramps set m back. Now that I'm feeling better I have to whip my butt to get in gear.

I'm glad to hear you're in a better mood. That "attitude adjustment" yesterday must've worked, huh? emoticon

This is 150 Calories

This is what 150 calories look like for a healthy lunch. This is tuna fish with 1 teaspoon miracle whip and celery with a tomato and a cucumber. This is also one of neat bowls I found at thrift store. I do eat a lot of tomatoes and cucumbers and have been adding celery to more and more things for crucnch.I normally use onion for crunch but celery has less calories.
I took a pic with my chopsticks but picture is upside down and didn't know it til after I dove into lunch Lol

    You're lunch looks so pretty AND delicious! I bet it was tasty. Work provided lunch today (which they don't do often) and I ate it. It was chicken, mostaccoli, and salad. I took a small piece of chicken, and one ladle of mostaccoli and about a cup of salad. Not too terribly bad.

    Now that is my kind of a meal, yum yum yum.
I would probably, no definetly go a little bit further and add lettuce, red onion, wait for it. yes freshly grated beet. Lol and then put it all into a wholemeal wrap or tortilla then gobble it all up.
