I said I was back and here I am. The back muscle still hurts in the morning but seems to quit by afternoon.At least when it hurts it is uncomfortable but not unbearable. Each day should get better. It should after 3 different doctors.LOL
We were suppose to get some rain today but so far it has passed us by.We need rain bad. Bill waters the flowers every night and they are bone dry the next day.
It is nice to be able to get out here and look at my flowers thru window. Can't sit here too long so will make this short so i can work on emails and other sparking.
Took these pics a few minutes ago.The first two are the area I am trying to lure hummingbirds to.No luck but area is looking prettier.
and I love my one white coneflower that is among my pink ones
And some of my older plants are starting to bloom.

Ohhhh I'm so happy that you are feeling a little better. Just take it nice and slow until you recover. I LOVE your pics...that area for the hummingbirds is just beautiful..it will surely attract them. Do you ever use the feeders with the nectar water...that's what I always used to hang at our cabin in N. Carolina. I've never seen a hummer down here...maybe we are too far south and they are smart not to endure this crazy heatwave. Take care sweet Eleni...I think of you ALL the time! Beautiful flowers! I always have at least one hanging basket of fuschias every year, the hummingbirds here really like them. Haven't been lucky enough yet though to capture them in a photo. I see them all the time if I am outside without my camera; but if I remember to take my camera out with me, and patiently wait, I don't see any. Report Inappropriate Comment

Just a short note to let you know I should be able o get back to blogging and sparking. Can not get back to everyone but know I love and appreciate you all. Saw the ortho doc today and he said same thing as I have been saying all along. It is or was severe muscle spasm. He has given me another script and said they are not addicted and to use them if it happens again. I am on a very low dose and he said to take two if I get he severe ones back. But I am much better. It does get uncomfortable at times but nothing like it was.
Will share some photo's from a visit from Rebekah and also show you who has gotten even more spoiled.Plus the first blooms from the hummingbird plant I got weeks ago.

OK Thats enough for today.I will be back tomorrow.

Hi Eleni..... I am so glad that you are back and feeling somewhat better. Roxy isn't spoiled.......she is just doing her job of comforting you when she knows that you need extra cuddling. Love the purple Bee Balm. I only have red. One day when I was watering them (last summer), I had a Hummingbird flying and hovering in the spray. It didn't bother him/her that I was there at all. I Am Back

It has been a rough few days.But I am much better now.
I was in so much pain i couldn't function.Bill had to help me do everything. And I do mean everything.His pore hand is sore from me squeezing it. And he has a sore back from helping me to get from one spot to another. But I am just hurting a little bit now. Still taking it real easy tho.
I need to give a group thank you to all of you for comments and prayers and thoughts. I have read everyone of them.But I will never be able to respond to all. It meant a lot to me.
We did have our AC checked and there is a leak but it is still under warranty so it will be fixed when part comes in. We also had our attic filled with new insulation.
Brianna's grad picnic turned out good. I gave Bill my camera but he didn't get everyone. I usually give it to one of kids and say get every one. But I have a few. I wasn't happy with a comment my daughter Rebekah put on facebook. I guess I am just touchy

Hi Ms. Eleni, So glad you're back and feeling better. Pictures turned out great, it looks like the picnic was nice. I started the radiation therapy yesterday. It's more of a nuisance than anything else so far. They had to take alot of picures and xrays yesterday for the first day but today, I was out in 20 minutes. You even get to listen to your favorite music. I'm on a an 80's kick lately so they had that and it was nice. Take all the time you need to mend that hip...DH has a lot of pain in his hip too...Glucosimine and Chronditroin in combo form...seem to help. They say if it is a ligament problem this mineral helps rebuild them. He's always a little better when he remembers to take it every day. Takes a few months to get it in your system. Also cucuermin...I may not have that spelled correctly... (a spice) and I think you can get it in pill form is one of the most powerful anti flamatories on the planet according to Dr. Oz. If you are on a muscle relaxer, I am guessing that you may have strained a muscle in your back or hip area. Just take care of yourself and feel completely better real soon. Hip is killing me to sit here so I will have to catch up on sparking tomorrow.I am still doing good with eating but no exercise today.

Hi Ms. Eleni Sorry that hip doesn't feel better today. Your grandson, Benjamin is precious! Congrats to him! Your flowers are beautiful, what are the names of them? I have some petunias, several african violets and some other I don't know the names of. A friend of ours planted alot of seed last summer in the backyard and zuchinis are coming up and another kind of squash. I like to make zuchini bread and take it to my friends at the physical therapy office and I made several quiches last year that were really good, not that great for diet but have to keep the slices small. It's so hot here I didn't want to walk outside, I don't want to go the gym either so I'll prob try outside again. My son and his wife asked me up to their place this evening for dinner. She asked if I like tacos which I do but I'll fill up on the veggies so as not to overeat. I sure hope your hip feels better.
