Once again I waited too late to do this.I am usually very tired by now.
I do want to mention something that I keep forgetting to tell you. I have no idea if this is true or not.I saw this on the DR Oz show. He said eating red peppers will help to lose belly fat.I don't remember the reason but I bought a couple of red peppers and have been adding them to my salad and even snacking on them. I know not everyone can use them as they are very expensive here. I like red peppers so I thought it wouldn't hurt.I like yellow better tho
Bill is still sick but slowly getting better.So far I haven't caught it.
I still can't wear my c-pap all night but wear it when I can.
A friend has asked me to bring my big orchid to an orchid show at a orchid club she belongs to.I don't know how many blooms will be left but I do still have some stems that haven't bloomed.We could take my extra walker to move it on.It is too heavy for Bill to carry far.It's not for about 4 weeks so will wait and see how it looks. Bill teases me and tells me I should sell it.I might consider it for the right price.
I got all my exercise done today.Yesterday I only did the 10 in the am and was going to do more later.I know better.This time I did extra and did them at same time.If I wait I don't do them. I did 21,13,10 chair exercises.
Ok now the crappy news.At 7 last night my calories were great.At 11 I was way over.
Tonight I will not go over. I have plenty to snack on.
I also didn't sit outside.Just plain forgot to do it.
I finished all my aprons.I now have 4 that are finished. So that is all I need. And that will be my sewing for the year.

Trying to blog early. i get tired by night time and just want to do nothing.
Altho I am not using c-pap all night it is making a difference. I am not sure I will be able to keep up with myself once I feel real good. But I will try.
I have gotten some of my emailing done but still have a lot. Made sure I got at least 10 minutes of exercises done.Plan to do more but if I don't I have gotten my min done. As some of you know I am always coming up with what Bill calls Eleni's Ideas" This time it was about the aprons. I really didn't like the ties and i knew I could think of something. And since I don't worry about it looking great i came up with a plan. Instead of a tie tie I added a piece of elastic to ends of tie.Now I just slip it over my head and no tie hanging.I had already put elastic in the front.It is so much more comfortable.May not look fancy but I could care less. LOL
Bill is better but still not feeling well.He did get his van fixed and is picking it up today. I think I will make him some more chicken noodles soup with lots of broth. I think tonight will be all veggie night. I have green beans and brocolli and Kale for steamer and lots of cauliflower for oven. Then i will have leftover veggies to snack on.
Watched DWTS last night. There are 3 that are doing fantastic every week.. Some are so so and some like the Situation are just plain bad. Altho I hate the show he is on he has represented himself as very well mannered young man that truly is willing to work hard to learn the dances. Complete opposite of the crazy show he is on.
Ok I just realized I didn't report on my gaily goals for last week. i did good.I made most of them every day except for staying in calorie range.But I was in range a few days so that is progress. So for the most part my daily goals went well.
Ok my mind has just went blank. I need to go get the green beans and kale ready so I will end it for now.
BL is on tonight. I did watch Jackie Warners new program.Some real characters on there. She no longer has her gym.She is working with a group of fat people. Altho I really dislike a couple of the people Jackie is pretty good with them. At end of show before they weigh they have a group session with a therapist to talk about their week and their efforts.Jackie gets tough but not as nasty as Jillian.
OK Hope your day is going ok.It is so beautiful outside. MMMMMM I think I will go sit on deck for 10 minutes just to get some sunshine.I was doing that until it got too hot.
Ok I am gone.
Another busy day. Did not sleep good til around 4 and then got up at 8. But have gotten a few things done. Made another apron and finished repairing one. I am now kinda wishing I had had put a bib on them. I may still do it. They are just for my use so they don't have to look perfect.
I did get my exercises done too.
I made killer pork ribs in dutch oven..That thing just cooks awesome food.
I managed to stay in my calorie range.I was just under by 5 calories but it was under.I would rather be at low end but high end beats being 600 cal over.So I was happy. I have plenty of leeway for tonight so I should be good.Hopefully I will be under by more.
I have the TV's set up to record but will miss Hawaii 5-0 as There was 2 others I preferred.Some on Bravo station run twice so those are being taped late at night after I go to bed.
We just watched Willander" from PBS station that I taped last night.Royal introduced me to the British Mystery Theater movies.
So I guess that is it for today.Will be watching BL in a few minutes.Not sure how I like the contestants yet.So far seems to be a lot of whiners.

Today was errand day and we have been busy all afternoon. Bill is still sick but staying home yesterday was good for him.he is feeling better.
Ok here we go.First we headed to Joanne's fabric to find something easy to make ties for my aprons. Found something that should work real well. They had a lot of stuff that was two for one . I got some elastic as I always need that whenever I buy pants. Bill suggested using velcro on apron straps so I got some to test. Will make ties long enough to come around to front. You must remember I am not very good at sewing. I use my machine for minor repairs and playing.
Ok here is my first try from yesterday and some dish towels i picked up today that I couldn't resist.
Now on to the rest of our day. Next we went to Applebees for lunch. They has some new stuff that looked soooooo good. But since my eating was very bad yesterday I made myself be good. I got the french onion soup and took all the bread & cheese out and just ate the onion soup. Next I got the grilled chicken sandwich that came with a small bowl of fruit. I was quite proud of myself as it was hard for me to resist the other stuff. I did eat 6 fries from Bill's plate.
Next we went to staples and Bill got us a wireless mouse for out here. The one I had out here is fairly new but it just wasn't working right and would delete 2 or 3 emails when I was trying to delete one.Plus it wasn't wireless. It works so much better so far.
Then to grocery store. As some of you know I do like cactus plants. Hard to kill. i found a very unusual one so i couldn't resist. Here are two views of it. I am putting it out in art room where I can look at it. i repotted 3 of my small cactus and put them out there the other day
And I am always looking for stuff that is has low calories. I saw these and thought I would give them a try. They are only 40 calories but not very big.But sometimes I want something crunchy and I think these will do. i ate one while I was prepping my veggies. here is the box and I laid one in front so you can see they aren't big.They had 3 different flavors.
i have all veggies washed and bagged and meats wrapped and weight.Except for my bag of kale which I will tackle tomorrow.
Well that is my day today. Now I need to get supper going.

PS I forget to show you the orchid.We brought it in house.It is 4' 4 inches wide.
I should have blogged earlier because I am too tired now.
I made some more homemade bread crumbs and defrosted the little freezer.And made one apron. We were going to get groceries but Bill is still sick so we stayed home so he could rest.
The weather is beautiful here. Ok I am going to sit back and rest the rest of the night.
