Today has been one of my better days. I got up late but I always do that. Am sleeping so much better.Only wore mask for 3 hours as it was bothering me.
Doctors office called and cancelled my appointment. So I will have to wait two weeks for results of sonogram. No biggie as I know what it is going to show.
I took my shower which is actually a biggie.Since I passed out I have been waiting for Bill to get home before I took shower. I also went in exercise room and did my sit and be fit tape for 20 minutes.
I also made a new batch of my homemade bread crumbs. I always have lots of bread in freezer and it never gets used so I make my bread crumbs with it.
And I am trying to redeem myself from the bad supper of last night. So I have fresh cauliflower,potato's and chicken rolled in my bread crumbs. Plus I have a big salad for me.
And I even folded up the laundry in the basket and got it put away.
Ok supper is over and it was very good.
I have started back working on some daily goals again. Most are the same ones I was working on when I passed out
1. Exercise 10 minutes----did 20
2. Do 2 reps of 12 with hand weights every day. Will have this done before I go to bed
3.Limit salt. I was using about 1 1/2 shakers a week.I have had same shaker for 22 days and my goal is to make it last 30 days. As this is only shaker I use in kitchen it is for Bill's food too. Tonight I used some on his chicken but none on mine.
4 Stay in calorie range I went over by 75 cal last night which is not bad compared to what I have been doing.
5 Think of something I am grateful for each day
Ok I guess that's enough rambling.Have to set up dvd's again tonight.
