It has been raining all day.Very hard downpours at times.Like right now
I did a little better last night with machine. I lasted for over an hour and slightly dozed off a couple of times.But mouth opened and air comes gushing out. I am going to make me an elastic strap to wear tonight.Nothing tight.Just enough to keep mouth from dropping when I relax yet with it being elastic I can still open my mouth if I want to. Thanks to Emily I called and had them come and adjust the ramp rate from 20 minutes to 45 minutes.That will give me more time to fall asleep before it gets to full pressure. I asked about getting a mask to try but i would have had to turn in pillows or else pay around$150 just for a plastic mask. Decided to stick with pillows for now.
1 Exercise at least 10 minutes every day- Did 17,16,12,12 increments
2 eat slower. --- 20 minutes for lunch and supper. I usually aim for 30 at night but didn't make that
3.Get up and walk to bedroom and back 8 times. Just did the last one a minute ago
4. Attempt to stay in calorie range or at least not go over by much.But mainly aim to be in the range Stayed in range yesterday
5. To reduce salt usage. ongoing this is going great
6 Do 2 reps of 12 with hand weights every day just finished the second set
So my daily goals are going good.
Another of my childhood friends just passed away.Do any of you remember the song Key Largo by Bertie Higgins. It was his sister Joan who i was in school with thru the 10th grade when I quit to get married.
