Sleep Test was so much fun I get to do it again.!!!!

Yep I failed the first one. Not really failed. Evidently I do have sleep apnea. I was surprised but what can I say. I now have to go back for 2nd half where I am fitted with mask and they determine how much air pressure I need. I don't want to do it but I am so tired of not sleeping. Both my sons have them and Ben said he sleeps so much better. In fact anyone that has one seems to benefit from them.Plus all kidding aside sleep apnea is very dangerous and can cause death. So next thursday night I go back. We all have to do things we don't want that are good for us.
I went to Krispy Kreme donuts and got 3 chocolate glazed do nuts today. Sometimes you just gotta do it. It is now out of my system. Just needed some really good comfort food instead of over eating healthy stuff. Yes I know it was bad and i am sorry but I just didn't care. I enjoyed every bite.
I took a few pictures today of those same buds from yesterday but I was trying to learn how to use the macro part of my camera for up close clear pictures. I have to do more practice. The white roses aren't too bad but could be even better

Ok Enjoy your weekend. Looks like storm that was headed this way is breaking up.We did get some nice rain this afternoon.
Oh I did get my nails done and we picked up a couple of movies to watch.

hi Eleni, awww donuts i even have tim hortons one,s too my are boston cream with chocolate on top. ummmmm my comfort food is chessy maccorni. real sticky with hard cheese. only once in awhile i get into that lots of calories. i like you pictures of the roses you did well on them and that dragonfly closeup wow.well i got more yellow beans out of the garden and i got two zuchinni,s i,ll take a picture of them. waiting on my cucumbers my tomatoes are turning orange now.one of them and some of my little cherry orange tomatoes.it,s so much fun seeing things coming out of what you grew from seeds.i,m waiting to see if i go back to work or start unemployment.this week i had another week of holidays without pay so hopefully i go back 3 weeks of holiday was enough for me. i got paid for the first 2 weeks but not this past week.so i guess i can claim it if i go on unemployment.so we shall see.well Eleni, have a nice weekend and enjoy the movies.hugs Report Inappropriate Comment

Going back for another sleep test is a pain in the rear, but if you can finally get some sleep at night it will be so worth it! I hope it goes well. DONUTS - YUM!!! I was craving donuts last weekend so we bought some from Wal-Mart since we were there. They were pretty good. I prefer donuts from a bakery here in town but Wal-Mart's donuts did the trick. Krispy Kreme is way too sugary. I get bad headaches when I eat them. You are right though. Sometimes you just have to do it and get it out of your system. Your roses are pretty. It's good you found out about your sleep apnea - It is dangerous and once you get this sorted out you will sleep better giving you much more energy to get through your day without....... Hi Ms. Eleni's, You get to have more fun at the sleep center. I know I'll have to get that done too. I probably have it, although, I sleep well most nights, when I was in the hospital the last time with my knee operation, my icu nurse said I was skipping some breaths. I'm going to mention it to my doc because it is dangerous if not treated. How is Angel's hand? I made some dynomite chicken soup last nite using the leftover rotissere chicken, my broth was so tasty. Good for you, you ate the donuts, sometimes you just have to do it and like you said get it out of your system, love the photos..talk to you later, have a nice evening and weekend.. He did need to give it a week or so until he got used to it. BUT says it is worth it. And, I'm really glad you found out as it is very dangerous. Love the pics of the flowers. I did do a little better last night with eating and today has been so so.It has been a slow process of getting back on track.
Sleep has been very bad the last two nights. If I could sleep better at night I think I would do better all over. Oh well.
I watched the small birds being bullied by the nasty looking mocking bird this morning.The blue jay stayed up on fence and watch everybody.


Then I saw this guy thru window.Took one thru window and then went outside and took some.

Ok Nothing new.Very quiet day
Bill just told me my roses were getting some new buds. For some reason I couldn't get a good close up but I tried.

It has been an ok day so far.
I got my hair cut and did a ride around looking for something to take pictures of. I will share them in a minute along to link to see all.
On way home I decided to check out a road I have never been on.Thought I might find something interesting. I do have a knack for getting myself into trouble sometimes. As I went down this road everything on left was fenced off and at first just saw abandoned houses falling down. The further back I went I was starting to think maybe this wasn't such a good idea. Very desolated looking.I finally came to a shabby house with some vehicles out front that said to get my butt turned around and out of there. Just barely had room to turn around. It was funny once I was on way out. This was not one of my brightest ideas.
So I stopped in Crystal Beach which is a great place to watch the sunset and took some pictures.
Made it home in one piece and got all the soup bagged up and in fridge and freezer.This batch came to about 60 calories per 2 cups which leaves plenty of room to add more veggies when I eat it. It was actually less than 60 but I added a few for good measure.
Angel was suppose to see specialist for her hand today but referral got messed up so she goes tomorrow. Our Brianna is in Key West with friends. She goes somewhere every year with this family. Usually Angel goes along but not this time.

Here are some more. I have no idea what is on back of dragon fly.It is holding on to my car antenna.












And we must have a butterfly. I took this in late afternoon and thru a dirty window.

The dragonfly looks like it could be out of an animated movie. Singing a new tune into a microphone. You could add it to your next video blog and lip sync for it. And the trees are the evil forest coming after the little guy to steal his next big hit. And of course it all started when they were driving down a lonely lane and ran into some scary creatures along the deserted street with run down houses. What an imagination you have Eleni. Hey there dear friend. Loving your photos. Went to the Flicker site and marveled at what a good eye you have for framing. My favs were the knurly looking trees (you KNOW what a tree hugger I am ) I truly adored the sunset bench scene and the 'ride around' pics were grand. I also love your sunflowers and your butterflies and oh...oh...the BLACK swans...what a treat to see! The egrets were amazing and of course the cutie patootie Landon! Love you pictures. I always enjoy them. I like to take road trips, too. I once got stuck in the sand and sat for hours before someone came along to help me, That was before the days of cell phones, and I was about 10 miles from the nearest house and 7 months pregnant! I get lost easily and panic when I don't know where I'm going. Jason has a sense and knows what direction he's traveling, even in the dark. Not me. I love the golf carts. I'm sure you see them alot down there. My sister has one for her farm with mud tires and a souped up engine. Sam loved driving it when we visited. I hope Brianna is having a good time in Key West. Made a huge pot of my weekly soup.I ran out yesterday.I made myself some cauliflower and broccoli soup for lunch. It was very good if I do say so myself. My big pot of veggie soup is good too.I had a cup with my supper to test it. I can't bag it til it cools so I may have to bag it tomorrow.
I have done real good with eating today so far. Better than most days.
have not heard back about sleep test yet.Probably will tomorrow.
My Angel girl cut her hand real bad yesterday at work. Just talked to her and it isn't hurting too bad.She was smart enough to go get a sling and kept it in that so it was elevated so there isn't any swelling.She sees a specialist tomorrow.
Here is a small butterfly or moth that has been hanging around.Hard to get a good shot.His body is same color as flower. Only got one while sun was shining.

Ok Thats it for me. I like the new spark goodies that have been added.

I need to make some soup again - I have Pasta with beans, tomatoes, and other stuff in the fridge, along with some Spanish rice and chicken. My eating is under control today, but think I have set myself up for a gain this week. I weigh in on Thursdays. The tomatoes have started ripening again. I have sure been enjoying them. When we had so much rain, they slowed down. Soup sounds good. I don't eat much soup in the summer, but keep it all the time when it is cool. Take care my friend...and keep us posted on that girl!!! This was not a good night for sunsets.I was actually sitting in my walker in the rain while taking some of these. Altho these are not a great sunset any sunset here is good.
The tall building with a tall stack near it is where I worked for many years. Here are many pics.I will put all on face book and flickr

That's a gorgeous sunset!!!!!! I certainly don't see that around here. It was overcast around here today too. It was raining at Alex's ball game but I was comfortable in a t-shirt and shorts.
