I am feeling much better today.Even got all my exercises done. Got my new Sit and tone tape this afternoon.Will check it out tomorrow.
As usual we spent a fortune at grocery store. At least 70% of groceries were fruits and veggies. Cauliflower and broccoli was on sale.I already told Bill we were having it twice a week from now on. We may have it 3 times
I did beat the food demon last night. Looks good for tonight. Tomorrow is weigh in day and I am not sure what it will be.I have gotten rid of a lot of fluid but I am not fretting about it.What will be will be
Bill has decided he wants to go to Olive Garden instead of Carrabba's.That works for me. I have checked the web site and have my meal picked out. Soup, salad,(my salad dressing which I will take with me) And the Herbed grilled salmon.That will put me around 800 cal. Which is fine when I plan for it.I am going to try to not eat bread sticks as 1 is 150 cal. I may skip the soup.Not sure when we are going.Probably Sunday.Bill's daughter is meeting him for breakfast tomorrow.
It didn't get as cold as they said last night.Tonight was cold but not bad. I wore short sleeve blouse to grocery store. So I was only out in it for a few minutes.
I still haven't gotten into the GS cookies. I am waiting til after I weigh in tomorrow.
Well I have a couple of things I need to do before the Olympics.I want to watch Apollo skate tonight.

Have been extra tired today. When I have large weight swings from fluid it takes the wind out of me so to speak. So I have been taking it easy today.Only exercised for 17 minutes . But my goal is only 10 minutes a day.
Somehow I lost track of food yesterday so I am calling it a draw.
The sun was shining but we are suppose to be in the low 30's tonight. We didn't bring in plants so I have my fingers crossed.
Here are the flowers Bill brought me today. He is so good to me.He knew I wasn't feeling well and that I love cut flowers.

My grand daughter just dropped off some Girl Scout cookies. That I didn't need.
The new cranberry cookies are 120 cal just for 2 cookies.
Our sunshine and 70 degree weather is gone.It is cloudy , rainy and cold. I just checked and it says it is 52 on back porch but it sure feels colder out there.Probably because it is so damp. It looks very wintry out there. Did not sit outside today BRRRRRRRR
I did have a little visitor. This little finch really liked this old okra stalk.
I beat the food demon last night but only by 17 calories.But I still won.
Have been fighting the urge to stress eat but we will see.
I got all my exercises done. I am doing over an hour every day.
I have started making a larger salad at lunch so I can snack on it. I so wish I could do like some of you and even Bill.Be satisfied with small portions.But I need that volume.At least now I do.So I will keep on keeping plenty of low cal stuff like tomatoes and cucumbers around to fill the hole so I don't grab high calorie stuff.
I ordered another DVD. It is the original Jodi Stolove--- Sit Down & Tone Up

It has been a good day for the most part. Did get some disturbing news today but it is just part of life.
It is Bill's birthday and I told him I would fix whatever he wanted.So it was regular burgers and real french fries. Not something we usually have. But he is so good to eat whatever I fix so this was his day. They surprised him at work with an ice cream cake. I told them to not send me any but they did anyway.But it was just a very small piece. It was good. Yes I ate it. Can't remember the last time I had some. I am also taking him to his favorite Italian restaurant this weekend.We haven't been in a long time as I am trying to stay away from restaurants at night and especially pasta places.

I am also having trouble with fluid again.Hard to keep my focus when my weight swings up 12# pounds overnight. I know it isn't a real gain but it still throws me.
