So, a week in and it's going -pretty- well. I'm making healthier choices all over; drinking more water, opting for a noteworthy (but not complete) reduction in processed things, and with the exception of cheat day I've kicked fast food 100%.
Problem is this INCESSANT SNACKING. Sure, it's apples, beets, yogurt or pudding instead of Doritos and Slim Jims but STILL. Then yesterday my favorite-ever thing to eat for lunch at work was set out for the servers due to a mistake I made and I landed on that sh*t like a Sumo wrestler.
Today, my only (dietary) goal is to log everything I eat with the hope of hitting my 1300 cal. mark, rather than soaring past it with the need for another nibble of something.
