I had to change my goals. They were too high and I kept feeling like a failure at the end of the day.
Instead of aiming for 8 glasses of water a day, I now aim for 4. Once I achieve that, I'll aim for 6 and then 8.
Instead of aiming for 1 mile walk a day, I'm aiming for 1/2 a mile, then 3/4 and finally 1 mile. Anything over a mile will be a bonus.
Now I feel positive at the end of the day.
