Yesterday was not my best day. Actually, it was one of the worst since the New Year began. UGH! I can tell when PMS is starting. The sweets and carbs cravings are intense. I give in or I'm miserable.
It's 6am and I'm ready to go to the gym but it's still dark out. I don't do dark, so I'm waiting for the sun to rise.
Me and the elliptical have a date! 60 minutes or until my back gives out.
I have lots of fruits and veggies to get me through the weekend thanks to a botched attempt at juicing. But they don't hit the spot. So, I have to do some research to find some lower calorie/fat versions of sweets and carbs to get me through.
I think some yams will get me through the carb craving thing. I'm going to bake up a bunch. For chocolate and sweets I'm going to get a bag of tootsie roll midgies, some chocolatey cereal and drink low-fat chocolate milk/hot cocoa. And fill up on popcorn, nuts, water and tea. Yeah, that just might work. The key is to be prepared.
I'm looking across the living room and my holiday decorations are begging to be put in there proper places. I'll keep myself busy so I won't do any mindless eating. That's the plan.
Going to my sister's later this afternoon to wait for the cable guy. That pizza place downstairs is already calling my name and I'm not even there yet. If I leave my money at home, then I shouldn't have a problem.
Well, I'll just sit here until the rises so that I can begin my day. I'll meditate until it does.
