I hate the all or nothing mentality!

I made 1 bad food choice on Friday and it caused my ridiculous all or nothing mentality to ruin my entire Saturday! I hate that I'm like that but, it's Sunday now...my husband is fishing with his brother and I am headed out to take a walk/ jog then I'm going to mow the lawn that I couldn't do on Wednesday because of rain. I've got my food planned I just need to get it logged. I'm leaving for vacation on Friday so I have 5 days to be on track and get to the lowest number possible my lowest so far is 177.2 I was really hoping for 175 by Friday emoticon

    The all or nothing menality can be your best friend and worst enemy all at the same time. I too am an all or nothing person, which helped a ton with weightloss but definitely throws a curve ball for maintenance. I've found to just take it one step at a time. Even if you have Ana's meal, day or even week you still can control what comes next. Just remember this journey isn't about perfection, it's about normalcy. If you expect only perfection you will always fail, give yourself a break.

    That all or nothing mentality is what I've been working on too. Once we figure out how to beat it, we will be able to maintain. There is nothing wrong with a treat! We just need to continue on with the rest of our day when we do have one.

Hang in there girl, I bet you could still hit 175 by Friday, even though you had a "splurge day".

Summer workout schedule

It's getting cold outside so I guess it's time for me to change my workout schedule. I wanted to make note here what my Summer schedule is so that next May I can get right back on it!

Sunday- Morning Walk with hubby (Sometimes 3 mile jog)
Monday- Jog in evening if time
Tuesday- Morning jog
Wednesday- Morning jog (when off) Mow lawn
Thursday- Morning jog
Friday- Evening jog / walk about 6:30pm when cooled off a little =)
Saturday- Day off (well except walking at work)
