Well I'm down 2lbs this week for a total of 81lbs. That mean I lost 5 lbs this month.
I'm not really happy with a 5lb loss, I think 7 is ok so next month I'm going to start focusing on the things that I have started letting go of.
HERE IS MY REMINDER LIST:
I'm going to up my water to 20 cups a day
I'm going to track ALL my food the night before or the morning of. (and stick with it)
I'm going to make sure that my fat is as close to 30% as poss.
Protien 15% or higher and Carbo's at 55% that seemed to make a difference.
I'm going to start working out 6 days a week again.
I'm going to do my last chance workout every Saturday Night!
If I do all these things and next month I only lose 5lbs again then I will know I did everything I could do but, if I lose 8-10lbs again I will know that I just need to keep stepping it up.
