So every year when spring hits (my favorite season) I always struggle with food ...I don't know why but, my appetite increases.....and all I want is BBQ crap!
I don't have time for this BS this year....I have to find a way to get past it and still get close to my 2 pound a week average....I have a graduation I'm going to soon and I want to feel good ..scratch that GREAT about myself.
So If I want to eat I need to get off my butt and get walking! I need to start hitting 130,000 steps a week now that the weather is good! Sunday will be my rest day (10,000) steps
