I didn't get my shoes today but, I did get this head band emoticon



and then I walked to Panda Express and this was my fortune!

    ASHLEIGHGAL- I found it at a local (Salt Lake City) store but, the brand name is Bondi Band they are located in TN.

emoticon I'm trying to make myself excited but, I had a number in my head this week that I wanted to hit and unless I lose another 1.2 pounds tomorrow (and I don't see that happening) I wont make it....Ugh ...Don't tell me I should be happy with any loss because I know you all know exactly how I'm feeling right now....I'm going to emoticon That's all I can do ...If I'm not pushing then I'm gaining.

I have decided to use the following 4 exercises for my challenge!




I have never been able to do pull ups or chin ups....I used to hate school gym class because of these....so this is my goal ....to able to do these!

is the current size of my Arms emoticon they don't have a "emoticon" of a flabby arm so this one will have to do emoticon

Anyways today will start my 5 week Biceps, Triceps Challenge Hopefully in 5 weeks I can make a difference!

    I was thinking about your desire to tone up your arms, I did a 20 minute Turbo Jam video yesterday, which I really enjoy, it got my heart pumping which is great and today I notice my triceps, biceps and lats are sore (is that the right muscle LOL its the ones where my shoulder blades are), just from the punching movements. Maybe you could work that in too, get some cardio but work on the arms that are bothering you. You can DO IT!

Wondergale- The outcome I'm looking for is to just not feel self conscious about my arms during the summer in tank tops... emoticon

Fruityful- You should feel like a limp noodle ...but, I am so proud of you for pushing yourself tonight!!! I knew you could do it . Just think less than a mile and you would have walk 1/2 Marathon! emoticon

    I need to incorporate strength training into my routine now. However, my entire body feels like a limp noodle right now, so I will think about it tomorrow.

    I don't know if you will get the outcome you are looking for but I do know you will see a difference. I've been strength training for 3 weeks and I can see and feel a difference. emoticon

    I hope your 5 week challenge works! I need to work on my arms too, but right now I am doing a 5% challenge in which I plan to lose at least 5% of my weight in 8 weeks. Maybe the arms will be next.
