..... to feel better about my Triceps ...I think my march reward needs to have something to do with strength training on my triceps...I need to make my arms look and feel better by June 1st ...so that I will feel comfortable in my tank tops for the summer (and my husbands sons) HHS graduation!

I bought this dress last August when I was about 207...I'm not a curve person so I'm very uncomfortable in this dress...but, my husband really likes it so I would like to feel good in it.... I think in 20 pounds or so I will feel comfortable all except my arms....that's where I need the advice. How do I get my arms toned? And keep them that way with minimal work...is that even possible?
So I guess what I'm wondering is how do you fill up all your excess arm skin and then how do you keep it that way?
