I have decided to try and have a Soup and Salad week ....I'm going to see how it effects the scale!!! emoticon

My week will include:

Baby Spinach
Taco Soup (the soup is a WW recipe)
Last but not least...lots and lost of water emoticon

    I've already blown it...I ate 4 ounce of Baked lays....I'm going to keep trying the rest of the night....and the next 6 days!

Not the loss I was hoping for but, it's a loss....I really wanted a 1.6 pound loss but, I would have been happy with a .7 ...oh well I guess I will emoticon

And yet another reason to eat out!

My husband and I started a tradition of eating out at I-hop the morning of my daughters home meets ...which luckily are only twice a year....this Saturday is the first one of the year....thankfully they have a Simple and Fit Menu so it is never a problem.....this is what I have to look forward to

Calories from Fat
Saturated Fat
Trans Fat

Those are the amount of steps I need to take today....Sundays are my lazy days last week I told Fruityful I would be as active on Sundays as she is on her least active day of the week....I was really proud of her this week....she was very consistent at getting over 11,000 steps every day despite everything else she had going on (including a broken treadmill) so today I will be walking at least 11,049 steps!

I'm proud of you Kristin emoticon emoticon for my extra push!

    Great goal! Sundays are my lazy days too, rarely get more than 4,000 steps in. I too was Super impressed by Fruityful's increase of steps. She's doing Awesome. And you Ms. Thing are #1 on my leaderboard! Amazing amount of weekly steps!

Chinese Food

I'm thinking about making every Thursday Panda Express Thursday!

Last Thursday I wanted Chinese so bad I decided to walk there and get it worked out so well last week that I decided to try it again. I think knowing that I will be taking that walk to get it will keep my cravings from getting out of control.

Last weeks fortune was:
"Keep your expectations reasonable"

This week my fortune is:
"Hold tight to your dreams"

I can't wait to get next weeks fortune!!! emoticon

    I wish my favorite pizza place was within walking distance. I'd do that every weekend! :) I guess it's good for me that it's a good little drive. I am going to have to get some of that pizza this weekend!

    I'm with you Wondergale....the closest Chinese place to me is 2 miles. The place I really like gives way to big portions and they do not have nutrition facts online instead I walk to Panda express where I can order 1-bowl = 910's still a lot of calories ...but, If I only get it once a week and I walk there I'm hoping I can make it work!!!

I always want to order more but, I stick to the plan ...and by the time I eat it I'm satisfied!

    emoticon As long as you're walking to get it. I know everytime I eat Chinese, I love that orange chicken, my weight goes up. They are right across the street from us. Every Sunday, my husband wants to get chinese. On Sunday's you buy two and get the third free. emoticon
