A little disapointed in myself tonight =(

I got a tiny bit stressed out and started just eating out of a bag of chips....it could have been a lot worse since the chips were baked lays and I hadn't had dinner yet....I'm not going to be hard on myself I'm just going to log them (delete my dinner) and then fix what ever damage I did with the calories I earn tomorrow....even with the damage I have a -6170 calorie deficit over the last 6 days so I'm still 170 ahead of my goal.....I just don't like feeling like I lost control..... emoticon Why is there no bag of chips "Emoticon"?

    It's all about the math, remember? A high number day today? Balance it out with another day and you'll be fine. Have you been eating a really low fat diet? If so, you may in fact be craving fat!

Next time you're feeling stressed, call me! I ate some candy today, but stayed in my ranges, but I really didn't want to eat it. I'm not sure why I did. It's a good thing I had to be somewhere or who knows what kind of damage I might have done.

Hang in there...you'll balance out those numbers and be just fine!

    I know it was just silly ....I mean if I'm going to eat of bag of chips for 1000 calories I could have gone to Panda Express and just got something I have been craving for weeks. .....I'm over it ...I will make it up tomorrow..who knows maybe I needed the extra fat...on the bright side ...I hit my fiber and believe it or not I wasn't that much over on my sodium....my scale hasn't moved for 5 days...maybe this will help it...in the right direction I hope!

    I know what you mean. Just remember it's about progress. There might be setbacks, but that's ok. You are changing your life everyday, but it is still life. It can't be perfect all the time.

I can't wait to go camping with my fitbit....I will know exactly how many steps I have each day which will help me to know if I have been active enough so that I do not have to come back from camping an re-lose weight! emoticon

    Oh hey, that's a good plan...I never thought of using it for that!

I wonder, if we're away from the computer for a few days of camping, if all those days worth of sleep and input will still update on Fitbit, or if it will just cover the day we get home? I suppose if it doesn't, then we can track it on paper and just manually enter it when we get home....but it would be cool if it updated with all of the info for the missing days.

I need workout shirts too. Maybe that will be my third goal (31 days in March!) Plus, I will hopefully be a smaller size by then. I really hate to by any clothes in my current size. That's why I'm still wearing the holey stuff.
