    How about baking some high fiber muffins? You could add something to the recipes you've already tried or try something new. Or, go back to the Fiber One bars. Do you still like those? How about veggies or fruit, or oatmeal?

I know what you mean about the emoticons...they have burgers and fries...why no chips?

before....I never would have counted my day at work as exercise.....before I never would have taken a quick ten min. walk....before I never would have decided to do things around the house after my husband got home from work just to rack up steps...before I never would have walk my butt, in 20 degree weather...before I never would have realized that the days I work I can eat over 2000 calories and the days I don't I'm lucky to be able to eat 1200 ...before I never knew how much I would LOVE IT! Yesterday (Sunday I was determined to figure out how to hit my day off goal of 10,000 without ruining my lazy when I got up the first thing I did was take a quick 25 min. walk on my Treadmill....then I did a few things....a few hours later I bundled up and took a 50 min walk outside (the time goes by so much quicker) and I ended my day at over 12,000 steps .... emoticon the more I walk the more I want to walk! Thank you Spark & Fitbit!

    I agree! I don't mind walking up and down the isles at the grocery store or making several trips to bring in the groceries. Its an amazing gadget that is holding me accountable. Who knew a "personal trainer" could be so inexpensive? emoticon

    That little gadget is very motivating isn't it?

I'm the same way, i used to sit in the break room on my breaks, now I run laps around the conference room table. Never would have done that if fitbit hadn't made me very aware of my inactive life.

Sundays are for laying around

This is the hardest day for me to get steps on my Fitbit..... It's the only day my husband and I both have off I just want to lay around and watch t.v. .....I think that would be fine except I also want to eat and according to my fitbit ...if I dont move I only have 700 calories that I can eat today....and I need at least 1500 to feel happy emoticon So today when I first got out of bed I did 25 minutes on my treadmill and then did a few things around the house I'm going to take a quick (50 min) walk in the freezing cold outside and then call it good for the day...I'm hoping those two things will help me hit my goal of 10,000 steps today and will allow me to be able to eat what I want (ok maybe now what I want but, smaller portions of what I want).     Steps are a good goal - you don't have to do a heavy duty workout on Sunday, a day of rest is perfectly fine. You could just go for a stroll together.
