before....I never would have counted my day at work as exercise.....before I never would have taken a quick ten min. walk....before I never would have decided to do things around the house after my husband got home from work just to rack up steps...before I never would have walk my butt, in 20 degree weather...before I never would have realized that the days I work I can eat over 2000 calories and the days I don't I'm lucky to be able to eat 1200 ...before I never knew how much I would LOVE IT! Yesterday (Sunday I was determined to figure out how to hit my day off goal of 10,000 without ruining my lazy day...so when I got up the first thing I did was take a quick 25 min. walk on my Treadmill....then I did a few things....a few hours later I bundled up and took a 50 min walk outside (the time goes by so much quicker) and I ended my day at over 12,000 steps .... the more I walk the more I want to walk!
