So I decided to test my fitbit and eat the amount of calories that It said I could for an entire week. I only did two 50 min. workouts in the last 7 days (the rest is just my normal weekly routine).

21273 cals 2% 14053 cals 238% -7220 cals
That means I ate an average of 2007 calories a day and still lost 1.4 pounds!

The test was supposed to be a 2 pound loss...but, I know that Calories are not exact (especially when you are measuring or eating out) so my plan this week is to do this again but, with daily exercise (I would like to burn 300 planned cardio min. a day)
