I AM HUMAN

It's been six months since I joined Spark and I think I have done quite well with modifing my behavor but, last night the old me popped out without any warning. Just a nice little reminder that I will probably always need Spark even when I reach my Goal weight!!!

I know exactly what you mean Kristi...my "old me" pops out every now and then. The difference now is that I notice it and I care about it. Before, I didn't care about what I ate. I didn't pay any attention to what I was putting in my mouth. You have had an AMAZING 6 months and should be very proud. You look wonderful and as the sparkpeople article says, this is a process of two steps forward, 1 step back, then two steps forward again, etc. I am curious though, in what way did the old you come out?

It's true. But thankfully, Spark will be there for us, so we never need to loose weight again. Congratulations on an amazing 6 months.

Congratulations Kristi! You've been doing a wonderful job, not only with your own program but with helping the team out with the challenges and encouraging people along the way. Until you said something the other day, I forgot that I recommended this team to you. I'm so glad I did. Keep up the great work. I know you'll reach your goal!

MORE THAN 1/2 WAY!

Sunday, April 29, 2007

Hello,

I'm am down another -2.5 lbs this week for a total of 67lbs lost that means I have 63 more to go until I reach my goal weight but, I only have 20 to go until I am no longer obese and 48 to go until I am no longer over weight and those are currently to two numbers I am looking forward to seeing.

The scale couldnt make up it's mind this morning on what my weight should be so I just took the highest number and the least amount of weight lost that way mabey next week will be AWSOME for my 6 mo. weight in.

Soooo.....I'll see ya next week!!!!

I am impressed with your progress! I have the same goals as you when it comes to no longer being considered obese and no longer being considered overweight. I'm very focused on those right now because I'm so close. I also know what you mean about the scale not making up it's mind! I have a digital scale and it does that too. As much as I'd like to take the lower number, I don't because the next week might not be so good if that lower number wasn't accurate. Keep up the great work and your jump rope challenge was a great idea!
