It's been 2 weeks and here is my progress:
So far I have not been able to work in my 2-3 days of Cardio ...I know I went from 7 days a week to I dont have time for 2 or 3 Really? So this week I have scheduled a Tuesday & Thursday workout ...I will get those done.
I also haven't been eating well during the week so that eating crap and having drinks on the weekend are ok ....but, I'm still eating crap and having drinks on the weekend! So this week I have set a goal to eat well breakfast and Lunch Mon-Saturday and only eat crap and drink Saturday evening and Sunday lunch...
Anyways .....so far I have been going back and forth from 188.8-192.0 ..I think that's pretty good...as long as I stay under 192.0 that's maintaining right?
The next work contest I believe is going to be starting a little earlier than I was wanting .. August instead of September / October...but, when ever it does I plan to be participating....I am planning a cruise to the Virgin Islands / Bahama's next May 2013 and I would like to be to my goal of 129 lbs by then.
