Ok so it's here...I went from 215lbs -188lbs since January...My plan is to maintain this weight until the end of the Summer at which point I will make a plan to lose the remaining 59lbs.
My plan is to exercise Tuesdays and Thursdays ...I have decided that In order to maintain I really need to eat right Monday-Friday that way Saturday and Sunday I don't have to worry about what I'm eating (ok lets get real) more like what I'm drinking . So I'm going to make a list of foods that help me maintain / lose weight for my reference.
Foods that keep me on track:
F-Factor Fudge Bars - 12 grams of Fiber in each bar I was hoping for a Emoticon of someone pooping but, Spark doesnt have one.
Steel Cut Oats
Chicken (Thawed in the Fridge ready to cook)
Brown Rice (already prepared)
Quiona (already prepared)
Subway - Grilled Chicken, No cheese, Honey mustard, Spinach,Green Peppers, Onion and tomato. mmmm
Kashi Cereal w/ Dark Chocolate (Homemade Trail Mix) Snack
and off to the store I go ....."insert Emoticon of a shopping cart"
Well this is the last week of the contest and I'm sad to say I have been anything but, good over the last 4-6 weeks...not sure why I sabbatoshed myself? I was in the 18th spot for the entire company 2 weeks ago and that was without even trying for the whole month prior... I'm currently in the 29th spot and this Saturday is the last weight In and...I'm not even on track at all this week!
However....I made a plan in the beginning that on the last day I was going to walk 13-14 miles to work and do my last weigh in and although it wont help me win the contest I am still doing the walk this Saturday! I hope it doesn't rain .
Speaking of being off track..I just ate a brownie and my heart is racing so fast I feel like I'm going to have a Heart attack!
I took work off today so that I could participate in a Colon Cancer 5k ... I know you can exercise when you are sick but, when it's in your chest you run the risk of prolonging the sickness and I cant afford to do that because of work....so today I will go and walk the 3 miles at my own pace.
While I was sick this week I did NO exercise what so ever ... I wish the sickness would have kept me from eating ... instead it just kept me from making good eating choice.... much to my surprise my scale said the exact same weight as last week this morning...so hopefully when I wake up tomorrow I will feel better and can move on like this week never happened!
I really wanted to be able to start my Spring / Summer maintenance around now but, I'm just not ready! I really wanted to be at least to 179, 174,169 some where around their before I started my maintenance program.....but, I have Spring Fever so bad that I'm having trouble staying on track for weight loss....
