Mine and my husbands schedule's dont really work today for Valentines so we are celebrating tomorrow!
So I'm planning ahead ... we went to Bucca a few weeks ago and I froze the left over Chicken Carbanara so we will be having Steak, Carbanara, and Yummy garlic cheese bread! I am planning our date for the afternoon instead of the evening that way my body has time to work off the carbs before bed!
I will be eating high fiber low sodium in the morning and if needed a snack in the evening!
Back in 2007 when I was first doing Spark I didnt want to get off track with Chocolates and food Ect....so we started a tradition ..every year on Valentines we go shopping together and we stock up on Socks, Underwear ect..... for the year. It's really turned into a fun date for us!
I've decided I'm board with my Treadmill and I need to try something new sooo... I've set up my own Circuit Training.
I warm up on my Treadmill for 10 min. @ 3.0 then I run down my 14 stairs where I do 100 jumps with my Jump Rope .. I then run back up my 14 stairs get back on my Treadmill and walk for another 10 min @ 3.0 (while walking I do Shoulder presses for 3 min.) ...I repeat this routine until my treadmill says 60 min which is really more like 75-80 min then I end the routine with Situps!
I'm planning to do this 2-3 times a week along with just my Treadmill the other 4-5 days!
