I'm currently fluxing between 214-210 through the holidays. I did my workout Christmas Eve morning ate what I wanted that day and Christmas day and I just finished my day after Christmas workout. I am planning to workout and make good food choice from now until Saturday when I then plan to Eat, Drink, and be Merry . When that is all over with I have made a commitment to myself to be 100% from January 1st-April 7th while I am participating in my work Weight loss program. Normally I strive to lose 2lbs a week but for the contest I am planning to Eat Clean and Exercise at least 1x a day everyday for the 14 weeks...... If I get 2lbs a week GREAT if I get 3.5lbs even better. After the contest ends April 7th I am going to work on Maintaining whatever weight I reach for the rest of Spring and through the Summer ... once Summer ends about beginning, middle of October I then plan to resume my Clean eating and everyday exercise for the remainder of the year.
By doing this I am hoping to learn how to maintain my weight loss. Those of you that know me know that I am capable of losing the weight ... (100lbs) in less than 1 year (I've done that twice) once it's off I resume my bad habits and over the course of the next year I gain it all back.
Not this time!!
