VACATION

I'm back from my Vacation and ready to weigh in! ( I skipped a last weeks weigh in so that I would not be disapointed from my vacation) so this weigh in is from 2 weeks. Just an FYI for myself later.
WOW I'm down another -4 lbs Yeah me for a total of 64.5 lbs wich means I have 65.5 lbs until I reach my goal.

I didn't log my food while I was on vacation but, I did try to eat sensably and get my water in take I also brought my jump rope and jumped for 25 min. each day. So I guess that paid off.

In 2 weeks it is my 6 mo. mark I'm pretty excited because it looks like I will be more then 1/2 way to my goal by then.

    Your progress is amazing Kristi! Great job keeping up with exercise and water intake and eating sensibly while on vacation. I'm impressed! I am also amazed at how far you've come with jumping rope. Way to stick with it and make such huge improvements in your time and jumps in such a short amount of time.

    Woo hoo! Kristi, that is amazing. It shows that you know how to do this on your own. You are really on the road the PERMANENT weight loss. I still can't believe you cna jump rope for 25 minutes. You are fantastic!

I'm a little scared to take a .5 under 200 but, I weighed myself 3 times so I hope my scales not lying to me????
-3.5lbs this week for a total weight loss too date of 60.5lbs almost 1/2 way!!!

-.5 this week??? For a total of 57lbs in 19 weeks Next week is my Monthy weigh in and I belive that I have only lost 5lbs this month so far I really hope I can drop off at least 3lbs next week.
I'm starting the Biggest loser challenge tommorrow and I am running a 5K today and then next Sunday I am starting a Jump Rope challenge so hopefully these things will keep me going.....

    Oh my, I started slowing down in Jan it was so hard at first and "humbling" like you said. I'm still waaaay slower than I used to be, but I've stopped paying lip service to finding new ways to find progress and REALLY had to start doing it. I do hope you get back going though, I know I want to, but in the meantime....
You are doing soooo good, I'm proud of you, hope you are proud of you too!

I dont know what my problem is but, I feel like a time bomb waiting to go off????? I made it through the holidays without feeling picked on and deprived even with all that good holiday food around but, here it is spring and all of the sudden I want to eat everything????? I've been lucky enough not to have platued so what am I complaining about I DONT KNOW? I think what frustrates me is that I am not depriving myself of any certain food I'm just eating them in moderation or mabey picking a healthier version so what is my problem?
You know what really pisses me off? I am so close to being under 200lbs and that does not seem to be motivating enough for me why? I also was able to put on a size 18 pair of shorts today havent been that size in a while?

Alright I'm done crying! LOL

    Cut yourself some slack, kiddo!
EVERYBODY( and if they deny it they are lying) has been there more times than not. The only thing I keep in my head is that old saying " Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels."

Bought an Easter skirt,as I had nothing to wear. Took a ladies( not womens) 16 and 18 to fitting room. The 16 fit! That is why I think about how being thin( or at least thinner) feels!!!!

Can't wait to see the day my thighs won't rub in the summer...lol

    I hear you. There are many times when I just want to sit down and start eating whatever I feel like too. When I can't I feel sorry for myself. Maybe it's just spring fever. Who knows. Hope you are feeling better today.

    OMG, totally just had this convo with Troy over dinner. I feel so unmotivated and this is the first time since well, ever on this journey. And as you know I too am close to onederland. Troy's like, "that should be motivation enough." But why isn't? Maybe I should look deeper, surely there's something psychological to it, if both of you are kind of feeling the same way?!?! You are SO not alone... I am trying to get out of the 200's myself, and it seems that I am pretty comfortable here! That sucks, because I have another 41 lbs to go!!

I feel your pain. My issue isn't the eating so much, but the lack of cardio. I even feel flabby!

So my body has slowed down to 2lbs per week? I cant be upset because that was the original goal anyways and at least I havent platued yet right? I think I just liked the rush of losing 3lbs a week it just made me want to jump right on my tredmill and when other people were snacking I was like NO thankyou but, now I'm like HELLO are you eating in front of me?????

Anyways good Week down 2lbs for a total of 56.5 lbs in 18 weeks!!

    I've slowed further down. In the beginning it ws 3-4 lbs per wk. Now it's a little over a pound if I'm lucky. Think I should get back on the nutrition track though! I think 2lbs a week is wonderful! I'd kill for that now, haha. Congrats on everything you are doing awesome!
