It's been a stressful week and also aunt flo is here .... I'm guessing they have something to do with each other Anywho I had my work meeting about the new Fitness program and it sounds like it's going to be a lot of fun...Starts in 3 weeks and goes for 16 weeks so my plan is too lose 27 lbs during the game ... doubt that will be enough to win the $1000.00 ... but, since I'm incharge of the 250+ employee's at my store I know I will at least be trying since everyone will be watching me ..... Fruity your down 30 lbs this year ... I'm really proud of you ..thats the best we have done in what 2 ...3 years...? it's either lose a little or keep gaining a lot ... I'm choosing to lose a little
Ok so this week I was down 2lbs ... so that is a total loss of 8.2lbs ... I still have room for improvement ... I'm not unhappy about my loss I just know that my food choices some days could have been soooooo much better....Here's to Month 3
My exercise is complete the scale is being very nice to me again this week ... in 2007 one week out of the month I would eat all Organic .. I'm thinking it's going to be my week #3 since that seems to be the week I struggled the last 2 mo. ...just thought I would make myself a note for the future I am currently in week 4 of my 2nd month ... my goal is 9lbs a month from now until I reach my goal ....my current goal date is December 24th 2011 ....
My exercise is complete ... my water is well on it's way and I have 500 calories left for Dinner .... 1 problem!!! I cant decide on what dinner will be and I'm afraid that is going to lead to binging HELP
