I saw a blog on BIGOLEDIVA's page about cinnamon and I thought just for fun I'm going to give it a try....1/2-2 tsp of Cinnamon everyday I think I will use unsweetened applesauce to mix it in
I'm really hoping to get my butt into gear this week ... so far I have lost 6lbs this month and would be happy with 2-3 more ....
but, I also didnt miss a meal I just didnt feel like tracking which led to poor eating and not getting my water in ... I just dont know why logging is such a big deal for me this time
I decided after all to just take a day off yesterday ... I didnt log what I ate and I had some drinks I feel much better today and I am ready to move on!
I've only had 2 glasses of water today I better get on that ... I tracked my awesome breakfast and lunch .. I just need to fix dinner and get it in there ... and My workout is complete!
