Cinnamon experiment just for fun =)

I saw a blog on BIGOLEDIVA's page about cinnamon and I thought just for fun I'm going to give it a try....1/2-2 tsp of Cinnamon everyday emoticon I think I will use unsweetened applesauce to mix it in emoticon

  I bought some cinnamon at the store today to try it too! I think I will either add it to my breakfast cereal/oatmeal or in my green smoothies.

I'm really hoping to get my butt into gear this week ... so far I have lost 6lbs this month and would be happy with 2-3 more .... emoticon

    Yeah I meant 6lbs over the last 3 weeks ... the sour face is because I had a bad week ... not because I didnt lose but, because I didnt try!

    I think she means 6 pounds in the last 4 weeks not in the month of March.

You can do it Mrs. Honeycomb! Hang in there and keep sticking with it. You will see results by the time you do your two month weigh in.

emoticon but, I also didnt miss a meal emoticon I just didnt feel like tracking which led to poor eating and not getting my water in emoticon ... I just dont know why logging is such a big deal for me this time emoticon

    You are doing well with exercise and when you are ready for it, the nutrition tracking will come.

    I remember feeling that way when I've tried to get started other times. For me it is just working out okay this time. But I know how you feel. Just do what you can. As long as you still work out and try to drink your water and eat healthy, the rest will work itself out eventually.

I've only had 2 glasses of water today emoticon I better get on that ... I tracked my awesome breakfast and lunch .. I just need to fix dinner and get it in there ... and My workout is complete! emoticon
