been coming down with something ... I fell asleep last night around 4:30 I figured I would just get up at 2:30am workout and then head to work .... instead I woke up at 3:45 (alarm didnt go off) and now all I have time for is a shower I never sleep that long but, I guess I must have needed it???
Three days until my week #3 weigh in ... if I stay on track I know I will have a loss this week. I have a lot of stressful things to take care of today so I'm going to get my workout in first and then hopefully when all my stuff is taken care of I will make good food choices. I know when I'm stressed "food" is my choice of drug to calm myself down!
