Of my first month and new pic .. I've only lost 3.8 lbs .... but, thats better then gaining 3.8 lbs!

This week I have added in my water tracking .. I am currently planning to drink 20 glasses of water each day and I have decided to change my weigh in day to Saturday Mornings that way I can get in a last chance workout like I used to before... emoticon

    20 cups! I don't know if I could do that, but I have never tried. Interesting about the difference in your weight loss between 14 and 20 cups. Have another great week!

    Well I looked back at my weight loss in 2007 and I lost more weight when drinking 20 vs 14 glasses emoticon sooo.... and I'm hoping it will keep me from stuffing my face emoticon Also I dont drink any other liquid's unless it's mixed with some Rum emoticon mmmmmmm

    Considering that you are not tracking food and just exercising, that's almost a pound a week loss and that is awesome!

That sure is a lot of water to drink! Make sure you're always near a bathroom! That's one of the hardest things for me in adjusting to my new level of water intake. I always have to pee!!! Hahaha.

Congrats on posting the current pics. I really need to do the same thing. Okay, I'm going to do that today. Ugh.

been coming down with something ... I fell asleep last night around 4:30 I figured I would just get up at 2:30am workout and then head to work .... instead I woke up at 3:45 (alarm didnt go off) and now all I have time for is a shower emoticon I never sleep that long but, I guess I must have needed it???
