    I ate some crackers instead ... still carbs but, when I was done I didnt feel like eating my house like I do when I have pasta! emoticon

    If only we had the answers to those things. Do you eat whole wheat pasta? How about if you try that and maybe you will be satisfied? I wish I had an answer for you.

Second week weigh in day!

Well I got in my exercise this morning emoticon however I missed my workout yesterday so my weigh in for this week is still 237.4 same as last week! emoticon

    Great you did your exercise early in the day. Getting started, not gaining is a big accomplishment too!

    That's okay. What's important is that you did it today. Plus, you did not gain. Considering that you are not tracking your food, that is great! Remember it's all the little things that add up. It's the average of what you do over time, not what you do in just one day.

Down 4 lbs

Sooooo ...... I was down 4 lbs this week when suddenly yesterday I decide I'm going to eat and entire package of cookies...Well being an all or nothing kind of girl I then ate 3 separate full course dinner throughout the day! Why you ask? I have no idea I did my exercise I was feeling good .. I think pasta has mind control over me emoticon . So far today I am doing well with food .. however I havent been able to get myself to do any kind of workout ... I've got 5 hours to convince myself to get a workout in... will I be able to do it? emoticon

    You can do it! Get on that treadmill, even if it's only for 20 minutes. Today is a new day. I binged last night and was really kicking myself. But I did get a 20 minute walk in after the kids went to bed, which I wasn't planning on doing. Do you eat whole wheat pasta? Maybe that won't make you go crazy like the regular pasta? Just do it. Get your exercise in. All is not lost.

    Keep your exercise streak going. We all have a whoops day. Its what you do the day after that counts. Do your exercise, forgive yourself and go on.

    We all have those days. They do make us feel disappointed though. Just remember that as long as we have majority great days a few bad ones will all even out.
