Three days until my week #3 weigh in ... if I stay on track I know I will have a loss this week. I have a lot of stressful things to take care of today so I'm going to get my workout in first and then hopefully when all my stuff is taken care of I will make good food choices. I know when I'm stressed "food" is my choice of drug to calm myself down!

    Great job on getting your workout done. Now, no matter what lies ahead, at least you've accomplished that goal for today and nothing can change that.

I'm glad you looked back at your old blogs. For me, it was a good reminder of how I did things. I wasn't as perfect as I thought I was. I made lots of mistakes and was still successful. We both did it before, we can certainly do it again. I can feel it. We are going to do it again!

    emoticon Workout complete! Well after weigh in this Friday it's time to add another healthy habit to my exercise .... I read my blogs (thanks for the idea Fruityful) from when I was on this journey back in 2007 and noticed I was drinking 160 oz of water everyday that's 20 glasses so I think I will start tracking my water emoticon

    I ate some crackers instead ... still carbs but, when I was done I didnt feel like eating my house like I do when I have pasta! emoticon

    If only we had the answers to those things. Do you eat whole wheat pasta? How about if you try that and maybe you will be satisfied? I wish I had an answer for you.

Second week weigh in day!

Well I got in my exercise this morning emoticon however I missed my workout yesterday so my weigh in for this week is still 237.4 same as last week! emoticon

    Great you did your exercise early in the day. Getting started, not gaining is a big accomplishment too!

    That's okay. What's important is that you did it today. Plus, you did not gain. Considering that you are not tracking your food, that is great! Remember it's all the little things that add up. It's the average of what you do over time, not what you do in just one day.
