Sooooo ...... I was down 4 lbs this week when suddenly yesterday I decide I'm going to eat and entire package of cookies...Well being an all or nothing kind of girl I then ate 3 separate full course dinner throughout the day! Why you ask? I have no idea I did my exercise I was feeling good .. I think pasta has mind control over me emoticon . So far today I am doing well with food .. however I havent been able to get myself to do any kind of workout ... I've got 5 hours to convince myself to get a workout in... will I be able to do it? emoticon

    You can do it! Get on that treadmill, even if it's only for 20 minutes. Today is a new day. I binged last night and was really kicking myself. But I did get a 20 minute walk in after the kids went to bed, which I wasn't planning on doing. Do you eat whole wheat pasta? Maybe that won't make you go crazy like the regular pasta? Just do it. Get your exercise in. All is not lost.

    Keep your exercise streak going. We all have a whoops day. Its what you do the day after that counts. Do your exercise, forgive yourself and go on.

    We all have those days. They do make us feel disappointed though. Just remember that as long as we have majority great days a few bad ones will all even out.

Pasta effects me like poison

OMG somethings never change.....every time I eat pasta I then have huge binging sessions....I'm going to have to fast or do a cleanse or something so I can get back on track with my eating!!! Usually if I eat potstickers and drink Knudsen green juice it brings me back to normal so in the morning I'm going to drink a ton of water and then have the Potstickers and Green juice for lunch.

Ugh....I feel like crap! emoticon

    I feel your pain girlfriend. Your plan for recovery sounds good though. Keep with that plan of green juice and pot stickers and keep up your exercise streak and it will all be good in the end!

    I get on carb binges but have never identified the trigger(s). I drink low sodium V8 juice (yuck) when I think of eating, or before I eat for a couple of days and it gets me back on track. Good luck!

However I am determined to not let anything ruin my 2nd day of my 2nd week....My already too busy to fit in exercise week just keeps getting harder!

Child drama...Water heater went out...Girly cycle just started...and it's snowing again! Ugh I am off to do my workout right now! emoticon
