Sooooo ...... I was down 4 lbs this week when suddenly yesterday I decide I'm going to eat and entire package of cookies...Well being an all or nothing kind of girl I then ate 3 separate full course dinner throughout the day! Why you ask? I have no idea I did my exercise I was feeling good .. I think pasta has mind control over me . So far today I am doing well with food .. however I havent been able to get myself to do any kind of workout ... I've got 5 hours to convince myself to get a workout in... will I be able to do it?
